Long Beach Walk-In Medical Clinic

I emailed the address in their website at 8 am so they can send me an application via email so it can expedite the intake process and they never emailed me back that day.
I decided to drive there during my lunch hour and got here at 11:56 am. They greeted me at 12:01 pm and asked me what I needed. I told them I was a walk in customer and they said they don’t take walkins on Friday after 12 p noon and to return Monday.
I left disappointed.
My situation was a little serious for me that I drove down the street and found another walk in clinic and they took me in right away.

Im glad to have found Dr. Chaudhary. She is very nice and assuring doctor. the office is clean, very welcoming, the staff are friendly and accommodating as well.

I had an appointment, woke up early and decided lets just go in and get it over with since work tends to call me anyways. Needed some basic physical done for work going in without insurance assuming it was $ 49 but turned out additional $ 25 for a form i needed to be filled out. I had to do a double take and look over the website to see if it states anywhere on there and yes. $ 75 for physical and forms for work.
I called to check if i can come in early, staff was extra sweet. Both girls that helped me was very nice, professional and informative.
Dr. A chaudhary, just like any other doctor that walks through the door, i fear doctors. Period. That awkward 2 mins at first then i felt that relaxation once the questioning on paper stopped. She was very quick, nice, instructive and answer my typical questions.
My reason for a four star and not five star was due to the patient privacy. I felt like i can be as quiet as i want when i’m at the counter talking to the nurse in front but the whole room can still hear me. That was my biggest concern.

Dr. Chaudhary was wonderful. I had a great experience today at the clinic. It was affordable and I did’nt wait too long to be seen by the doctor… The girls at the front desk were friendly and professional! I would definately recommend this clinic to a friend and plan on coming here again in the future!
