If your looking for an honest place that’s quick and fast for your smog check, then this is where you need to bring your car! Toan was my inspector. Very nice guy. Ask about the specials. And make sure your check engine light isn’t on! Lol

Love this place! I get in and out quickly, and the tech is always very friendly. I come here every time I need a smog. It makes a tedious task a little less mundane.

Great service, very fast work. It’s a small place but gets the job done. I called around my neighborhood and they offered the best price. They were about $ 10 cheaper than Easy Smog off Artesia, and $ 20 cheaper than Protek Auto. So for about $ 50 we were able to get our Smog Check and DMV Certificate. I will definitely go back here for my other cars.

Having an old car, I go to Lucky Smog Check every year. The mechanic/​owner is so exceptionally helpful, efficient, thorough and courteous, I thought I should share this with others. Perhaps cost for the smog check varies by car (I have a small 4 door), but including the receipt which is sent to the DMV, I give him $ 60.00 and get change back. Seems reasonable to me. I remember others who have a $ 29.99 sign outside, but by the time you’re finished, it’s about the same. Exceptional service is rare, and you get it at Lucky Smog Check.

My husband and I have both been coming here since our cars have gotten older and we need smog checks every other year.
It is attached to an Arco station (not affiliated) so just pull on in. There is ample parking behind the gas station in case you have to wait.
Tom the owner has always been very nice. He explains everything and the certificate is automatically sent to the DMV. I also like the added touch of his kid’s diplomas on the wall.
This is a no frills place but there is a clean waiting area with chairs and some reading material. The price is right on par with others and they offer free retests. I’ve never had to wait long and we’ve always passed.
