Came in to get a live scan today. The lady that approached me was actually nice but working with three people at one time. However, whoever the guy was working there told me that my live scan next time needs to be written in print because he can’t read it. When I told him I’ve never had a problem with it before he had the nerve to get attitude, telling me that if the DOJ or FBI ever check them, then it’s gonna be a problem for them. When I spoke to my husband about it to the side, saying that I’d never had a problem with it, this guy has the nerve to chime in our conversation and attempt to make yet another point about the same thing. He tells me, «no you’re writing is not print, this is running writing.»
First and foremost, this guy did not greet me in the slightest. He just came over and snatched up my paperwork. He also told me to write my number on the sheet, despite it saying not to. Secondly, no where on the sheet does it say that the writing needs to be in print.
Also, I know what print is. My regular writing and my cursive writing are both very different, although my regular writing is still somewhat connected. There should have been no problem, and if there was, it should have been brought up in a respectable manner. I decided to take my paperwork and get my live scan done elsewhere.
Avoid this place like the plague unless you like rude attitude from that guy (wears glasses, won’t greet you).

Always great service. I send out shipments via UPS and have used their notary service. It’s quick and the staff is always very helpful.
Pricing is very reasonable. Nice to have a dependable mailbox/​copy center in the local neighborhood instead of going to somewhere like staples.

Passport/​visa photos unusable. Bought 3 sets, spent $ 30, the attendant had me smiling. Passport/​visa photos need to have neutral expression. Asked if they would take back the unusables and take new photos I can use. The woman laughed and said «No.» Having a printer that prints photos a certain size isn’t the same as «Taking Passport Photos». Advertising passport photos, they present as experts, and They should know the regs, and since they don’t, they should redo for free. There are other requirements on passport photos. How many rejected sets has this place created?

This place is pretty convenient to my house and easy to get in/​out of quickly. That said, I just experienced the worst customer service ever! The young lady was on the phone the entire time! Never said one word to me even though I asked her two questions directly. She handed me the FedEx envelope and motioned for me to give her the envelope and address sheet all while talking with her friend on the phone; just plain rude! (By the way, I’m pretty sure she suggested that they kill another friend during the part of the convo I overheard.) If not for the utter lack of service this place would be a 5 for me. Hopefully it’s an isolated event and you can disregard this review.

I have done business with Raj for years. I originally met him when he worked for another mail service store nearby. Then he decided to strike out on his own and opened this store. He’s super friendly and efficient. I like supporting local small businesses and this store does a great job of meeting all my mailing/​shipping needs.

I come here all the time to drop off packages and the owner and the girls that work with him are so friendly! This place id perfect for passport photos and notar public services and it is affordable!

Highly recommend. I send several packages a week from this location and have always had great service. I also receive all my business packages at this location and have a P.O. Box there. I’ve been a customer for 2+ years.

I have used this business for my P. O box for over 4 years. Raj has always been super helpful and nice. My mail has never been later or put in the wrong box. My big packages are safely behind the counter and I even call to be see if I have a package! And he doesn’t even mind. I have mailed out things to family members in other states and cities and he always finds me a cheaper rate, knowing that I have a budget. When I didn’t have my po payment til the next week, he didn’t charge me the late fee. But I wouldn’t suggest pushing your luck :) I plan on staying here for a very long time.
Pros: Helpful, timely, price is good
Cons: Crowded parking lot (not their fault) and I wish they opened earlier than 9

I just had the WORST experience trying to drop off freaking UPS package.
I simply wanted to drop off a UPS package and get proof that I dropped it off. The extremely rude gentleman sternly states «The tracking number is how you track the package. I don’t do receipts».
I respond «The tracking number will help track the whereabouts of the package, but I want proof that the package has originated at this particular location. A tracking number alone can’t do that».
He responds, «It’s a pain in the butt for me to print out receipts for drop offs»
I respond: «I always get a receipt every other place I drop off packages. This is the only place that I have to ask for the receipt. Shouldn’t printing it be automatic? I’ve also had issues with items dropped off with no receipt never making it to the destination. Although it may be a pain in the but. I’d feel more comfortable with a receipt.»
He responds: «You shouldn’t be taking your items to places you don’t trust.»
I respond: That’s a strange response to a complaint that that items dropped off at your place sometimes never make it to it’s destination. Shouldn’t you be concerned about this kind of complaint? AND Wouldn’t providing a receipt benefit everyone involved?
He responds: He rolls his eyes and takes all of «5 SECONDS» to print of a damn receipt!!!
I walked out saying «5 seconds of work was such a pain in your butt??? I bet there’s a correlation with the packages where no receipt is provided and packages that never make it to their destination.
He calmly looks at me and says «fuck you sir»
I think I found the culprit of the missing packages!!!

Raj’s horrible packaging job ruined a one of a kind Windstone Edition dragon statue (made of Gypsum stone) and was very rude whilst returning my money, saying that he was doing me a favor. Raj couldn’t accept his mistake even though I provided pictures and instead blamed his mess up on customs. Be wary of this place if shipping FRAGILE and expensive items. SHIPPERS BEWARE!

Notary Service, Passport Photos, Fingerprints, Shipping and Mail all with a smile.
Sometimes you might have to wait but otherwise Raj runs an efficient pleasant shop.

I go to this place whenever I miss the post office. I don’t spend money here but these guys are great. They always help me out and never give me hard time even if I’m not buying my postage. I will need them for something mail related and I will most def spend my money here. Thanks!

Easy in, easy out. Raj is nice. Brees, his black lab is even nicer. I think I go there just to say hi to the dog.
Since I go there a lot, I had to send a few faxes and it was like 2 bucks. I only brought my debit card and they said it needed to be over $ 5. They said to pay them the next time I come back. That was nice. So I paid them the next day when I went to starbucks.
side note… i only go for mail services, sending packages, & faxes. Haven’t used livescan or or notary yet so I can’t comment on that.

Very quick LiveScan finger printing. Relax your hand, wipe finger, press on scan. wipe, press, wipe press. It took less than ten minutes to do. She was efficient at her job and made the process go smoothly and quickly.
Drop off UPS packages here. Just come in, drop it off where the pile is (or as instructed), and leave.
Only downside is that they charged me twice for my fingerprinting. I worked it out and had my credit card adjusted, but nonetheless it occurred.
TIP: located between the Starbucks and Verizon store. Lots of parking.
TIP: Also accepts American Express cards.

I need a notary now but he wont b in til tomorrow. that doesn’t help me at all.

I had to quickly drop off a package. And that is what I did here. No wait, no conversation except «hi, can i drop this off?»
It’s close by, quick and parking is easy for me.
