One of the BEST experiences I’ve had at an auto place. Vito is the man. Had a flat tire. A giant piece of scrap metal and 2 large nails. I was treated better here than at any dealership! Highly recommend

I did my inspection at this repair shop last year and everyone was very nice. When I needed my oil changed in my new car I thought this would be a great place to take it. However, when I dropped the car off I only requested a synthetic oil change and when I picked it up there was an additional $ 15 charge for a tire rotation. When I asked about it, I was told this is always done with an oil change. I paid the bill knowing I have never rotated my tires with my oil change before and will never do so again.
I am very turned off by this bait and switch. I agreed to a $ 70 oil change and not the $ 92 bill I was handed. It is my fault for paying for the extra service but I was so taken aback I didn’t decline to pay for it.
Lesson learned, always speak up.
