Michael Simpson Commerical Real Estate Systems

Michael Simpson has tremendous commercial real estate knowledge. Perhaps one of the most knowledgeable commercial coaches out there quite honestly. However, I’m so disappointed to leave this 2 star review but had to unfortunately. So I went to his 3 day commercial course after attending a really superb 1 day course at my board. I was hoping to have the full coaching experience as I thought I would have based on what I heard from him and the agenda given to us. After attending his one day course, Michael motivated the class and explained the benefits of indulging in commercial real estate NOW and made it sound like 3 days was going to get us off and running. But even after the 3 day course there is so much more you still need to learn. It cant possibly be covered in 3 days. The course is basically a 3 day «run down course» of what commercial entails along with Q’s and A’s throughout and everything is actually in the booklet itself. I didn’t understand the exercises nor would 3 days cover what we really need to learn in commercial real estate. We didn’t need the home inspectors shpill for 20 minutes or the 45 minute talk from a commercial lender, that’s not what we paid for and should have been only at the 1 day course or at the end of day 3 perhaps. We all paid good money for this class and I feel a bit cheated out and quite empty handed. The turning point for me where I knew this was yet another coaching/​class session he brought up on day 2 when Mr. Simpson offered a one-​year coaching package for about $ 6,000. I can’t get to his office all the way in Long Beach and don’t feel once a month phone consults or free events covers the fee he is asking for. This needs to be taught one on one sitting down. Once a month doesn’t cut it. He had mentioned some big commercial agent named Rima Rafeh he coached but when I visited her facebook page all I saw are a few simple residential listings not big time commercial listings. Its a shame I really wanted this but may look elsewhere. However I will say Michael is VERY talented and knowledgeable in commercial real estate but as busy as he is teaching seminars, there isn’t enough of him to spread on teaching we really need in order to succeed in commercial real estate.
