Park View Apartments

I recently moved into these apartments and I must say the application process was fairly simple although they did call the property management companies I rented from to verify rental history.
Apartment Complex– outside is very dirty but the inside building is very clean. It is like night and day. Parking is horrible and if you rent a studio you do not have a parking spot here. Only one bedrooms and up… her ass told me that the day I went to sign the lease!
My apartment– where do I start. Horrible!!! The place was so nasty when I moved in I cried. They literally slapped paint on all the walls and said ready for move in. I kid you not, everything is so old and nasty especially the corners! I got my refrigerator and tried to clean the place to the best of my ability but you really can’t because they slapped paint over mold. My front door wouldn’t lock, the closet pole was bending, the sink is stopped up, my heater is broke… But wait there’s more… So, I wake up like at 10pm go in the kitchen and I see a damn ROACH. I go in the restroom I see another roach and a baby one at that! I cried so hard because all the money these ppl make and I gotta live with roaches! Even if they came to spray that will only solve the problem for a few months. Now I have to dump all my shit when I move from here because I be damn if I take roaches with me.
It is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this apartment building to nobody! Especially if you have a young child!
