I think Dr. Ferrera is tops. I’m going to him for my hypertension and he really knows his medicine. His staff is efficient and nice. I don’t know what issues the other people here have with him but, IMHO, he’s good. He’s one of the few doctors I’ve had that will sit down and talk/​listen to you. Another good thing is they don’t send you out to a private lab for blood/​urine work as they take samples in the office. I made a good choice!

While flipping through Unilocal I was taken back to see my drs name so I took the time to read the negative reviews that were posted. It is like a completely different doctor and staff being portrayed.
Dr Ferrera is one of the kindest, most caring doctors I have ever encountered. He never rushes you out of the office. He covers your illness, answers all possible questions relating to your ailments. He will take and answer any and all questions. His office staff is the same as he is, professional, and will make sure all follow-​up visits are made. I would recommend Dr Ferrera to anyone looking for a good internist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ferrera for many years. My husband, who is now receiving hospice care at home, is now also a patient of Dr. Ferrera’s. It has not been easy for me lately, but I am glad that I have such a caring doctor. He never rushes me, and I feel he truly listens to my concerns. He makes me feel confident that «we» can make the best decisions possible for our health.
His office staff have been very friendly, and they have never failed to remind me of upcoming appointments. I am never placed on hold for long, and when I ask for something the staff promptly helps.
