Pizza Hut

There pizza is gross and has a lot of grease on it. It taste like you grandma’s farts.

Ordered here 2 – 3 times. EVERY single time there has been an issue with the order, the delivery etc. The pizza is good but their service and delivery are awful.

They gave me an old pizza with a speck of cheese. And the crew was very rude and told me the Pizza looked just fine. I want be coming back to this one anymore.

Horrible! Customer service sucked. Went to pick up for my elderly mother with her credit card and they denied. I paid cash but was not happy. They charge a card over the phone but not in person. Pizza was so so.

If I could give no stars I would! Upon ordering my pizza online, I arrived to the location on time and had to wait an extra 15 minutes because it still wasn’t ready. When the pizza was finally ready, I opened my pizza and yes 3 slices had no cheese on it! The cashier attempted to tell me that it’s due to how they slice there pizzas however if that was the case the cheese would be off to the side. However 3 slices were burnt and had no sign of cheese in its place. The manager then tells me she can make me a new one but I would have to wait another 15 minutes. As I’m waiting I had to meticulously watch them just to make sure they didn’t spit on my food. Darlene the manager was not pleasant or accommodating. She was rude and seemed to hate her job. I will never come back here again!

Haven’t ordered pizza hut in years and now i remember why. They make all these flavor options sound and look good but they don’t taste good at all. But i must say the customer service from this store was great. The girl who took our order on the phone and the delivery guy were both super nice.

Every time I place an order online, something always manages to go wrong. I called 20 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be delivered and a woman told me «we cancelled it because you didn’t answer your phone» I told them that I hadn’t received any calls and instead of apologizing she says «yeah my manager called and even left you a voicemail» After a couple seconds of awkward silence and no hint of them trying to make this right, I said my thank you’s and hung up. I had hoped she would’ve asked if I still wanted to place the order, but I only got «well we called you.» Great customer service, guys!

Ordered pizza online, stated would be ready before 7:40, waited over 20 minutes. Workers speaking in Spanish, which I understand, saying that they forget to print our ticket and another customer. Ridiculous how we waited close to an hour, when stated time frame was suppose to be less then 30.

I received an email that my order would be ready at 2:42PM. I finally walked out their door 21mins after when the email stated when my order would be ready
Freakin’, they probably started to prepare my order for the oven when I arrived. Then the cashier had the gall to keep telling me that my order would be out in a couple of minutes every time I asked him (which was about every 10mins).
I chose carry-​on so that I would not have to wait on the driver. That obviously did not work.
What a waste of my time.

Ordered sausage, looks fake odd texture, can’t be real meat. Pizza taste good, just strange texture with the meat.

I saw an advertisement that Wing Street’s chicken wings were 60 cent each on Wednesdays. So, I decided to try it out.
I bought an 8-​piece, bone-​in, with Spicy Asian sauce, for $ 4.80. An 8-​piece normally goes for $ 7. You can have other options such as, Buffalo Sauce, Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, or Naked (no sauce). You can also opt for bone-​out chicken wings at no extra charge. The chicken wings are breaded, fried, and then the sauce covers the wings, as if they threw it in a bag and shook it up. One last option is that you can buy a dipping sauce, same flavors, or marinara, ranch, or blue cheese, for an additional 50 cents.
My Spicy Asian Chicken Wings were a little spicy and tangy. I would have preferred less sauce on the chicken wings, and maybe a touch of sweetness. I guess I was expecting a little bit of a teriyaki taste. Perhaps I should have gotten the naked wings with a side of the dipping sauce instead.
Overall, my choice was just okay. I didn’t enjoy my flavor as I had hoped, but 60 cent a wing is a competitive price. At that price, I’d be willing to try the wings again, but a different flavor.
Oh, another thing. I waited 15 minutes for my wings. You’re better off ordering it online or calling it in. And lastly, customer service was friendly.

The pizzas were cold, had too much marinara sauce, and hardly any toppings. On top of that we were over charged by employee Christine. Online special said any size, any topping pizza for $ 11 therefore we ordered 2 pizzas. After we paid and looked at our receipt, we were charged $ 17.25 for each pizza! When I called back to speak to her, she claimed that it was an online promotion and «upon» request only! That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard and when I called a different location they said that was not true and that we were scammed. She probably pocketed the $ 12.50 profit from the 2 pizzas. Will not be ordering there ever again!

I do love pizza hut as far as commercial pizza goes. Something about the pan pizza. yummy. This particular one get 2 stars. I haven’t had a problem with any of the workers. They get 2 stars because I always order a pepperoni pizza, either pepperoni lovers or EXTRA pepperoni because I KNOW they are stingy with their pepperoni. When I get my pizza, i still get shafted on the pepperoni EVERY time. It always has way less pepperonis than what I get at other pizza huts and I don’t have to order extra pep at other pizza huts.

The pizza here everytime seems edible, I cannot say how friendly the staff or the story is, because I have never been there, since this is our was my parents favourite place to get pizza

The only reason I am giving it a three star is because the food is always on time, and always tasteful. My boyfriend and I have ordered delivery through this location a few times. When they come to the door they take your card and place it behind the recite and push against it to get the numbers of your card. I think thats really sketchy and although they may be doing it to protect their business, I do not feel good about some stranger taking my card number. I hope they shred the recites and not toss them.

Today is the day that I boycott this pizza hut. Horrible service, armature delivery guys, and illiterate managers. I ordered a pizza to wait an hour and a half and call back to find that my order was cancelled because the delivery man had attempted once to contact me. WTF. I had an incoherent call and I did not hear anywhere in that call that this was a delivery man and he hung up and cancelled my order. NO ONE CALLED ME TO ASK IF MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK ONE MORE TIME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO DELIVER A PIZZA. I wanted my pizza as I was studying for an exam and did not have time to find something else but the manager told me that since I missed my delivery (which was not my fault) I was no longer eligible to purchase a pizza for delivery! wow! I had bought many pizzas from them but Basically they don’t want my business. I had to explain 5 times why it’s not my fault that the order was cancelled. and they finally agreed to redeliver… another hour later… and I had to pay pretty much the same price for a cold pizza. Never again!

The bf, for whatever reason, has always enjoyed Pizza Hut. Well, he’s always enjoyed the Pizza Hut he grew up with and, luckily, it is still there at the hometown for him to order a pizza when he’s in the area. The taste of the food, the quality of the food, and the service has always been great when he’s gone to that specific Pizza Hut in his hometown.
Unfortunately, that does not mean that all Pizza Hut franchisees will all have the same quality, taste, service as his hometown.
Now, the bf and I don’t order delivery, so we don’t know how the delivery is like. We also don’t go in, order, and wait for our order. The bf typically orders online, and he or myself will pick up the order. Finding the Pizza Hut is easy. Finding parking without making too wide of a turn may be a little bit more difficult. Also, every time that we have ordered online, I have to wait at least 5 minutes before someone in the back comes to the front to let me pay. I don’t mind waiting patiently, but they do ignore me and try to pass it off to someone else to help me. Do I look like an ogre or something?
Once we do get everything home, the food isn’t too bad. I have noticed the pizza dough to taste sort of banana-​y at times? I don’t know if it’s because the dough was in the fridge too long or there was too much of a specific ingredient, but the center of the pizza always had this weird taste to it.
Breadsticks are fine. When cold, it’s best to heat it up. Cold breadsticks is pretty bad from this Pizza Hut.
Had the wings before, too. It’s okay…
Overall, this Pizza Hut is okay. Not the best, not the worst, but okay…

Ordered the weekday $ 6.55 carryout large PAN pizza with one topping-​Pepperoni. It was quite good since I picked it up and was fresh out of the oven. Also ordered the 14 pc mild buffalo wings for $ 11.00. I weighed it when I got home and it was 15ozs. Not that good of deal based on the weight.

We ordered the Pepperoni Lovers and a basic pepperoni and onion. Both were overcooked, but the pepperoni and onion was flat out burnt! I couldn’t distinguish the pepperoni from the onions or the cheese. It was a mess of black dots. We won’t be going here again.

Ordered online. 20 minutes estimated time. Came into the shop exactly 20 minutes later and my pie was ready. They let me check to make sure it was okay, paid, and I was out the door within 2 minutes.
If you order online, you can almost always find some kind of deal.
What can I say? It’s a Pizza Hut and it did its job.
