The woman of this store is VERY RUDE AND A FRAUD! She claims she is pyschic but all her predictions and claims are false! All these phonies that are giving her high ratings are friends of her! Dead business anyways!

Points Of Light is probably one of the best metaphysical stores on the west coast. Rhapsody is extremely knowledgeable, and very willing to help you, as long as you are respectful, and you listen. People who work with any pantheon are welcome, and and expected to demonstrate mutual respect. Children are welcome in the store, but parents are expected to supervise, and not allow them to run wild. Rhapsody will also not put up with a child calling an adult by his first name in her store. The store is small, and there is a lot of merchandise packed into a small space, so you really need to take your time, and browse. Frequently, there are many people in the store, and some of them are considered «family». A large number of these people are very knowledgeable, and will be happy to help you if Rhapsody is busy. Rhapsody is Rhapsody, and you can’t be thin-​skinned around her. She has a heart of gold, and she will go to great lengths to help you, as long as you show her respect and sincerity. Walk through the portal with an open mind, and you will discover a jewel.

Rhapsody was extremely helpful. Some may be put off by her assertiveness but she went the extra mile to answer all my questions exponentially in a non-​judgmental manner. Really knowledgeable. I will definitely return in the future.

I have been to POL three times now and Rhapsody has been patient and very helpful with my situations. She enlightened me to the Venus Retrograde that was happening which completely explained the insanity that was going on in my life at that time. To have that knowledge and Rhapsody’s recommended tools how to get through the retrograde were a blessing in my life. Rhapsody also recommended that I burn specific, anointed candles for other situations in my life, which make me feel peace and balance as a result and I am seeing the desired outcomes. Rhapsody is Rhapsody, but if you treat her with respect, you will receive invaluable information from her. Rose also does readings there and she is spot on.

I adore Rhapsody. She was extremely helpful in helping me find crystals and gave me very practical advice. I can’t wait to return. Hers is a very no nonsense personality and I appreciate her candor.

Rhapsody is incredibly knowledgable. She really knows her stuff! She appreciates good manners and respect. She always answers all of my questions and invites me to different events she is holding.

I walked in and walked out. Lol went in for «good energy» crystals and got a hostile threat for having my niece with me.
Apparently kids have moved her crystals around and she’s had to put them all back and wasn’t happy about it.
I walked out and told my niece I’ll get her crystals somewhere else. She said why? I said cause the energy is bad. It defeats the purpose.

I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I had an AWFUL experience at this shop. The shopkeeper (Rhapsody, I assume) was so incredibly rude and obscene, dropping f-​bombs in every sentence! When I approached the front desk to pay, she tells me that green is not my color (I have turquoise in my bangs) and that I look like a parrot. I did not come to this shop to be insulted, and I will definitely NOT be signing up for any classes here! I will take my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do, too.

I love this place!!! I’ve been going here for over a decade and always get what I need or better yet, what I didn’t know I needed. A wonderful store to get lost in and explore all the nooks and crannies. My favourite part… Rhapsody.

Raphsody got me pregnant! I had been trying for 6 months to get pregnant and came to raphsody to see if I could speed up the process. With her knowledge and guidance I was pregnant by the next moon cycle. With her knowledge and potent products I’ve had much success. Listen and she will teach. Blessed be.

I can’t say enough awesome things about Rhapsody and this store! this store truly has everything you need for your metaphysical needs and advice from a very experienced and powerful high priestess.
Points of light provides a wide variety of choices for every pantheon. From statues, to books, inscents, oils, stones and tools everything you could possibly need is at this store. Don’t even get me started on Rhapsody’s inscents and oils, they’re heaven every time you open a jar or a bottle; both potent and powerful!

My sister bought me an attraction candle at this store, after I lit the candle on a full moon with in the next week my phone blew up! New guys and ALL the old ones were trying to get a hold of me.
Rhapsody is an amazing and dedicated high priestess! I needed magickal advise for an issue with an audit I was going through. I followed her instructions to the T! WABAAAMMM handled! Everything worked out.
Lastly, the first time I went in the shop I was looking for a pendant for my little sister, and that was all I told Rhapsody. She put her hand over the jewelry in the case pulled out a pendant and said this is for her. I bought the beautiful peach moon stone and brought it home to my sister as a Yule gift. Later my sister looked up peach moon stone, it said it was good for balancing for new moms with hormonal issues… My sister had just given birth 2 months prior. And that’s when I knew Rhapsody and her magick was for real!!!
You have to check out this location if your serious about your craft! It’s seriously Magickal! Everything a witch could want!

Great prices. They sell sage, crystals and various other metaphysical items. Be prepared to go on a treasure hunt, because there are so many things to look at.

Great selection and sizes of sage, incense and candles. They also have a really vast collection of books on spirituality, etc. If you are looking for tarot cards or a book on a subject that is too obscure for a run of the mill bookstore try this place. Parking is tricky and make sure when you make a purchase you place your items on the felt not on the glass counter.

This place is less about the atmosphere more about the people. And great prices.
It is small cramped and dirty. Rhapsody is hysterical. She has a strong personality (attitude) If she likes you she loves you otherwise she seems to have a tough expectations. She sold me a stone that she named wrong. After buying it and looking it up, she sold me something different. She swears she was correct. Whatever. You buy stones because it calls you. I liked it but …
They offer reiki, tarot, tons of books, salts oils and even unique plants like a cinnamon tree!!!

Rhapsody is a knowledgeable, sweet and hilarious goddess. She’s very upfront and some may even say blunt, which I guess overly sensitive people might take to offense to, but not I. I find her incredibly delightful and insightful, her store is always stocked with the best incenses (some of which she makes herself), oils (again bottled by her) almost every candle you would ever need, and her selection of literature is unmatched by any other shop in the area. And if you ever feel alittle lost in what you’re looking for or need, she’ll surely point in you the correct direction. Best of all her prices are always fair, especially in comparison to other metaphysical shops. If you want something magical without the excess bs then this is definetly the place to go. I visited Rhapsody for the first time on New Years Eve. My husband had stopped in a few weeks prior to buy me a birthday gift and with her help, he picked out a wonderful crystal that I cherish deeply! I couldn’t wait to go there myself and thank her for helping him find the perfect gift.
We stopped in to get advice on a ritual that we could do to set our intentions for the New Year. Rhapsody was extremely helpful and gave us direction on how to send our intentions to the universe. She gave us ideas on which incense to use and how they could help each of our manifestations. It was beautiful and I plan to do this every year.
Sans bullshit, she knows what she is talking about and how to find exactly what you need!
Today, I received a reading from Cookie. WOW. She is amazing. There was so much insight and she connected so perfectly to almost every situation in my life! I am still processing everything and next time, I know that I will need more than 30 minutes (it is not enough) she is that good!

I have to say, no matter what city in the entire SoCal, this has to be one of my favorite places to purchase metaphysical products. The customer service definitely knows the craft well and has been able to answer all my questions since i first started shopping at Points of Light. They have amazing statues and the red reversal powder should have a Warning label on it saying IT WORKS lol. I would love to definitely go to Points of LIght with a nice bank role because there is just too much nice stuff to not be able to walk out with. Books, candles, incense, oils, powders, statues, you name it, Points of Lights has it!

This is a great place to get your metaphysical supplies from. Its very well stocked with books, tarot cards, crystals, candles, incense, oils, statues, etc

— The only clerk/​staff is the store owner
— When you checkout, put your items on the felt
Things to consider:
— The tarot readers are excellent! They fill up fast so book early in person and show up at least 10 mins before your reading time. CASH ONLY
Both gals are very accurate, try them both. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences and what they tell me come to pass.
*Cookie is Tuesday-​Friday 3 – 7 (she and her cards tells you how it is, or what you did too… so I would go in alone haha)
*Carrie is Saturaday 12 – 5 (said my ex would contact around New Years… he just text me on the 30^th trying to meet up– too bad for him– I have new and better people in my life already)
— The store is usually pretty busy so there will be lots of. guess what… people! That includes regulars, family, newcomers, everyone. Sometimes you can pick out the regulars/​family if the owner is busy, they might be able to answer some questions you have.
Overall, its usually a quite pleasant atmosphere. You can almost always get what you need, some things sell out super fast though like her home made soaps.
I’ve been to other stores and its just has a much better vibe here… and accurate items too.

Absolutly a fantastic store the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner Rhapsody is just amazing she is very caring and has a plethora of knowledge and they’re all oils and incense is our bar none some of the best out there I would highly recommend going to the store

Coming from San Francisco, I have had the luck to have access to many metaphysical shops, however it is slim pickings down in SoCal. Maybe that is why this place has such a high rating; there are not that many stores around that sell these types of products.
I was extremely excited to visit Points of Light and even more disappointed in my experience and the store. First of all, the store gave me a horrible vibe. It is extremely crowded and feels dirty. There is poor lighting and the layout is odd and confusing. There are products strewn all over the place and it’s difficult to see which parts of the store are for customers and which are for employees. They have a lot of herbs and incense-​grade dried plants in glass containers, but they all look old and dusty and don’t seem to be consolidated into one area of the shop… making looking at them difficult. I will say they have what seems to be a decent book selection, but I wasn’t there for books…
I was greeted when I entered which was nice, but the three or so clerks that were there were constantly in my way. The shelves in the store create a sort of maze and it’s very narrow. The clerks were standing in the way ALL the time even though there was plenty of room for them behind the display counters. This would make sense if they were moving products or organizing something, but they weren’t…they simply were standing there.
Other things I noticed:
— they do have some tarot cards, but they were just stacked half hazard on top of a bookcase
— There was no big section of candles, crystals, soaps, etc… if there was it was not — laid out in the store so that customers could find them efficiently
— they do have a decent selection of incense
Honestly, it is difficult to say what they actually do have because I was so put off by the drabness of the store… just because we’re talking about metaphysics, doesn’t mean your store has to appear grungy or old in any way… this isn’t to say the store has to be spotless and shining new, but it should be welcoming and have a clear flow. Overall, the store and my experience were super off-​putting and I won’t be coming back.
