I have been training with Danijel(owner/trainer) for 7years — and I must say I am continued to maintain my heath at age soon to be 49. It was either I change my lifestyle or start taking cholesterol medication according to doctor 7 years ago. That’s when I joined the gym, signed up for yoga, and fortunate enough to come across Danijel. He whipped me into amazing shape in just a few months. Over the years, he continues to challenge me toward my new goal, and still makes every session unique and challenging with his encouragements. I found myself enjoying outdoor session despite my initial fear of the sand and steps menu — he keeps me working as hard as I can and feeling better after each session. His workouts are specifically tailored to your needs and progress. He is friendly, compassionate and attentive, yet vigorous and dedicated trainer to help you become healthier and stronger. I made my choice years ago to invest in my health through healthy eating and exercise. We all know it is easily said than done. If you’re on the fence, don’t be.
