I love coming here and I don’t really care about what the bad reviews says. I actually like eating here and enjoy eating crawfish, shrimps, crabs, crab legs, mussels. Just the seafood side. Also, the price is affordable and there’s so shady rules or unknown adding to the bill like most lame buffet tend to do.

Never have been to the place: drive by it often off the 405 freeway. Recently was tagged with huge graffiti on the portion you can see from the freeway. Today on the news a mysterious fire seriously damaged the restaurant so maybe this will be its demise. Based on the reviews, it may be best it closes if changes are not made to make it a better place!

I wish there was an option to give no stars! This place is just absolutely disgusting!

I was not impressed. Food is quite average, service is virtually non-existent. Price is good, but they need to step up their game in the food department. The restaurant itself was uncomfortably warm, I was not a fan of that at all. Overall not a good experience. I will very likely not return.

This buffet restaurant is mediocre at best! The ambiance is pretty run down and hidden from the outside; poorly lit up from the inside. They serve American/Chinese/Japanese food in here and basically a mass produced Chinese fast food. I feel depress just being in here cause of the musky environment. The food are not bad though especially their coconut shrimp and California rolls. You won’t expect 5 star service base on the price, but if you’re hungry for some unlimited Chinese fast food then this is the place to be. I wish they renovate and make the place look more representable so I can give at least 4 star because it has potential :)

Ever since this place changed ownership the food has never been the same. The dishes I used to enjoy like the baked salmon, teriyaki chicken, and grilled squid are now bland. The service is also poor, female attendant at the front desk refuses to honor senior citizen discounts. She claims the senior discount is only valid on Tuesdays. I also don’t recommend this place for large parties. The ladies at the front desk will try to rip you off on your bill

it used to be one of my favorite, but not anymore… we found one small cockroach walking on the table and we told the server. He said he was going to talk to the manager, but we never got an apology from him… They should fix, paint, or clean the bathrooms to make them clear of graffiti, that doesn’t look good!

Hit or miss hole in the wall Chinese buffet. Pros– pretty good baked salmon. fried rice is better than the old yellow fried rice they used to have. All you can drink so no need to wait for refills. Cons– takes a while for them to refill food stations. orange chicken sucks! Rest of food variety is under average and old tasting. Filthy restrooms

Cons: Poor ventilation, disgusting restrooms, generic Chinese food, fountain drink dispensers that are never cleaned, sticky tables, wet cups, and understaffed. Pros: diarrhea that will make you loose an instant 5 lbs.

Food was good. It was a zoo in there. The tables were all sticky and the floors were dirty. The plastic glasses need to be replaced. The bathrooms looked like a bomb went off, paper all over the floor and some stalls had no paper at all.

Leaving a 5 star review only because it isn’t fair that they’re at 2 stars. They deserve at least 3. The food is your standard buffet fare, a basic price, and service is friendly. I’ve never gotten sick here, so that’s good. Don’t expect Vegas style extravagance. This is a good place to hit up often for its low price.

I am not a fan of buffets. The good thing about them is the variety for everyone in your party.

We got the half off Senior Discount on Tuesday coupon in the mail. What the heck, lets try it. Pre tip it was less than $ 10 for two people. Drink included. The place does look like a mess from the outside(still). Lots of parking. First the surprise, even at 1:45 pm they are restocking the trays and the food looks fresh. First up the sushi… nearly everything is rolls made with Krab. Though the tofu skin with fish eggs was interesting, and there was one nigiri with snapper, a little dried out. There are three(!) kinds of cucumber salad. The one made with some hot sauce is interesting. Other than that the salad bar is uninspired but the mixed greens look fresh. And no tomatoes(or even onions?) They have a seaweed salad, good miso/tofu soup, edamame, peel and eat shrimp, mussels and clams. So you could do pretty well compared to buying a box of supermarket sushi. The fried foods were crispy. Not that I should be eating too much of that. My friend tipped me off that the cream cheese wontons taste like blintzes. There was a fried fish(?) ball that was yummy. The fries were good, too. Did not have much of the steam table main courses, the chinese cabbage and a few pieces of teriaki chicken. At full price I would go to Hokkaido, but at half off this place is okay for a lunch.

Ya it’s $ 9.36 with a drink at lunch time and it’s not that great. The teriyaki chicken didn’t taste like teriyaki chicken. Along with the other foods had very little flavor. I wouldn’t bother to comeback at all.

Huge buffet. It gets a little stuffy, I think they don’t really have Air Conditioning so it smells when there are a lot of people. Crab legs are good but cold, and there is no butter sauce. No big salad selection. A couple of dressings, and lettuce. Affordable and there are a lot of young kids running around. So don’t step on them when you are near the buffet area. Chow main was good, great salmon, coconut shrimp and oysters were delicious. Not my favorite buffet but good deal if you fill up on seafood.

I came hear for brunch as part of a funeral reception. I thought the name gave off a decent vibe. The interior is well decorated, I’ll give it that. Being part of a funeral reception that had a large party… I expect the good entrees to run out fast. As soon as I grab my plate. The soup was out. First come first serve. So were the oysters and other seafood. I’m not a big fan of seafood so it didn’t bother me. First thing I noticed. Not many veggie entrees. The brocoli had a weird after taste, so did the steamed bokchoy. Their mushrooms were decent. On the bright side they had a mini salad bar so I went for cucumbers, chickpeas and red beans. As for the meats. I didn’t get quite a feel. Something about the flavors and after taste. Their dim sum/shumai is decent. The sweet fried banana is also good come back and the cream cheese wontons were flavorful. Dessert go for the ice cream for the cream puffs and cake rolls tasted off in texture and freshness. I read some Unilocal reviews after I ate just to kill time. I was shocked to sew a two star review. Yet I’m not surprised… oh and on the way out I saw a notice from the Food Inspector. Apparently the place is in SUBSTANTIALCOMPLIANCE with food safety standards… dear lord. At least no major violation was noted. From what I know this means the facility must have had corrections it had to fix previously. I noted also the absence of a grade from the Food Inspection
