Secrets of the Island

I had just spent six days at a family camp where the bunks were suitable for sixth graders at summer camp, all the way down to the curved wood-​slat frames and 4″ foam mattress. It has been many years since my pre-​pubescent days. Needless to say (but I’ll say it anyway) my back felt much older than my age. I hobbled in to SOTI (because that was the best I could do without a cane) for a deep tissue massage. Eddie put on his Superhero cape for an hour or so and rescued this damsel in distress! I was overjoyed and hop-​skipped-​jumped next door to Casita Rivera for lunch!

Found a secret in Bixby Knolls, very cute island theme, Liz at the front desk very nice and professional. My massage was an awesome 60 minutes worked out all my knots & kinks definitely will be back soon!

So glad this place is down the street from my house. I called in and luckily for me there was a cancelation and they were able to fit me in immediately… the staff was awesome, atmosphere very calm and soothing…

I am so happy to have found this place today as I was looking for a last minute deep tissue massage. The therapist Ed did an amazing job! He really listens to your needs and did a great job applying different amounts of pressure where needed as some of my muscles are more tense than others. Liz (who I believe is the owner) at the front is also very friendly and accommodating which was nice since it was my first time there. I would advise that you explain your needs and desires to Liz when making an appointment she knows her staff well and can match you with a therapist that best fits your needs which is what she did with me! The office is very relaxing, clean and smells great. They also have a stamp card that earns you a free massage after your 10^th visit which is awesome! I am very happy to have found this gem of a spa in the Bixby Knolls area and will definitely be back!

From the time time I picked up the phone to locate a massage and facial location I have been nothing but astounded by the miraculous customer service by Liz, Abril & Elizabeth. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and at ease!!! This establishment is very CLEAN, RELAXING and PROFESSIONAL! I recommend this place to any and all people looking for a good pampering!!! MUST TRY!

Great massage by Yasmine! The atmosphere at Secrets of the Island was very relaxing and the staff were very welcoming. I will be back for sure, next time for the mini facial and massage special, only $ 50!

This place was simply amazing! It was such a warm welcoming experience from beginning to end! Demetrius is the best massage therapist ever! He made me feel very comfortable and so relaxed! I received a full body massage and walked away feeling 10xs better before I walked into Secrets of the Island. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

So glad I found this place I felt so relaxed and comfortable. I didn’t want to leave, Yasmine took excellent care of me pinpointing the trouble spots on my back and taking care to work them out without causing me more pain.
