She’s awesome.
Shannon is super friendly, funny, and conversational. Shannon also has a very good background on her profession, she actually knows what she’s doing. She can tell what you’ve done to your hair and what you need to do with your hair to get your hair where you want it to be.
I called in last minute, and Shannon took me in 30 minutes. She helped me de color my hair and revolve it. During the process, she asked me how I was feeling and my discomfort level.
I would definitely come back as a regular because she didn’t murder my hair, and she’s really fun, I would definitely recommend Shannon because her location is very accessible and parking is easy.

I had first met Shannon at the De Cielo Salon in Burbank.
I was a bit apprehensive at first because I cannot find her name in the previous reviews, but her knowledge and expertise shone through when she explained to me the process of highlighting my super pigmented hair.
I showed her a picture of what I wanted (low maintenance ombré/​balayage highlights) with subtle layers, and that is exactly what I got! In addition, she blow dried and curled my hair to see the highlights in full effect. I love it. Thank you so much Shannon, I will surely recommend you to my friends looking for a color expert :)

I never write Unilocal reviews but I have to for this one. Shannon was Uhh-​Mazzzing! I had long hair most of my life and I wanted to go short for summer I was really nervous & I’m very picky with my hair but Shannon worked the magic and I loved it! The color was super gorgeous it didn’t get as blonde as I wanted but I have very dark hair so I understand but I love the color that came out more than the color I wanted! anyways

Shannon is a freaking hair genius! I found her through Unilocal & decided to give her a try & it’s been one of my best decisions. I did not used to have a Unilocal account, I only lurked through it. I only made one because I am so in love with my hair that I truly wanted her to get more recognition. I will definitely keep coming to Shannon.

If you are in the LB area, heck even if you’re in any area head over to Sage Salon on 4 street and let her work her magic, make a day of it there’s plenty of great restaurants and shops for a fun filled day. I’ve been going to Shannon for a while now, since she was at the Loft. She always gives me a great haircut, and always has good ideas for when I’m feeling a little creative about which way to go with a cut. I can tell that she treats cutting hair as an art, and I like that she really pays attention to details (which, especially on a men’s short cut, are noticeable). Beyond that, she’s just a fun person to be around. Highly recommended!

Shannon is AMAZING! I first met her at the Loft in Broadway in Long Beach. It was the first time I was daring enough to get a bob and I was set up with her. I told her I was ready to chop it all off and she did exactly what I asked! She hooked me up with the sexiest hair I’ve ever had! I got compliment after compliment on how gorgeous my hair looked. I’ve tried other stylists after her because she is a little far from me but I learned my lesson. She’s the only one who makes my hair feel and look great and I won’t be going to anyone else but her. She listens to what you want and gives wonderful tips. Thank you Shannon for being an awesome stylist!
