Everything was great with my latte until I took a few sips of it while driving to work, something was popping up as I drank. I thought maybe it was the green stirrer that fell through the hole so I checked and it wasnt. Guess what it was??? It was half of a broken wooden stirrer inside my cup! I didn’t use one so it came from preparation, I’m not sure how but it did. You’re lucky I didn’t choke on it. The stick was toasted too, I am in shock. Not sure what you guys did to my coffee but I won’t be back.

They offer Beer&Wine now! I love this location its always been a favorite. The staff is always great. The cashier actually walked to our table & took our order! He brought our drinks to our table as well as our food! Amazing experience and awesome small selection of craft beer

If I could give this location more stars, I would! After my recent visit, I really want to tell everyone how awesome this branch is! I came in the evening around 6pm. This location is big, clean, and has a nice outdoor seating area. I ordered coffee for myself and my friend. The lady cashier was very nice, sweet, and professional. The barista was very nice and helpful too! They both did a great job, and made me feel so welcome! I didn’t get their names, I wish I did. And did i mention that my coffee was A-MAZing? It was custom and the barista made it exactly how I like it! Now this is my favorite Starbucks branch(I am a Coffeeholic and have been to many)! Thank you thank you thank you for doing such an awesome job!

I’ve been to quite a few Starbucks and this has been my best experience. I reloaded my card, ordered drinks, asked for names and then used my card again. The barista who handled this transaction had a great attitude, efficient and even offered to add the sugar in the drinks so I didn’t have to. I ask for names because I work at a dealership and doing this gives my co workers a smile. The nicknames are a bit funny. Thank you Soulay! I’ll be coming back in to this location.

I have been in a lot of Starbucks, too many, and this one gave me the best service ever. The service person cat answered all my questions and really made me feel welcome. Andy was aalso so pleasant. Come in and get a drink. Ask for them.

Called and they said they close at 12. However, a worker comes out and tells everyone they’re closing at 11:30. Which is it?

Always bad service here. It was my only option tonight because I needed somewhere to study, and I was not surprised by the employees’ rudeness. The person who rang me up, his name is Giovanni working the night shift on Labor Day September 7, was absolutely rude and a smart ass when I asked him about the Pumpkin Spice Latte. And may I recall that his response did not make sense anyway! I like my coffee bitter, not customer service!

I would’ve given this less if the cashier didn’t save the day. The girl making the drinks was pretty darn terrible. I ordered an iced coffee with classic sweetener. I noticed she didn’t check the tag on the brewed coffee so I assumed it was new. To my surprise, after my first sip, I almost spit it out. It was bitter and outrageously watery. I also asked her for water and she told me no, but that’s a whole different story. So I walked to the register and told the cashier that it tasted pretty bad. He was super apologetic and went to check on the coffee, I read his lips and body language and could tell it was pretty bad. He told the girl and she just rolled it off like it was nothing. He offered me a new drink right away and I asked for an iced passion tea. He put it in the drink line and the girl took her sweet time. When she called me name for the drink she made a point to say it was a REMAKE. Literally yelled REMAKE like it would embarrass me or something. Moral of the story, I won’t be going back there because that girl completely ruined my experience. I wish I would’ve grabbed her name. But if a manager reads this she was working at 730pm on Sunday 8⁄9.

I’ve been coming to this place ever since I worked at the Subway in 2003. They are crazy busy during weekends which is great but I don’t recommend coming here to study since it gets really loud. Also order your ice water at the register. They will not get it to you right away because they’re busy making drink orders.

Their pastry selection is not large, maybe because I went there on a Memorial day morning. But it’s clean and a lovely coffee shop still. It’s convenient that it’s in a plaza, for us to grab a drink before we head off to other places.

Great Starbucks in the Long Beach Towne Center. The place was clean and spacious, and not too loud even with a bunch of patrons waiting for coffee and chatting away. Bathrooms are clean, and tons of space to sit down and study if you so desire. They do have a lot of high tables and chairs, which I am not a fan of. But if you are looking for a standard Starbucks, you can’t go wrong here.

Why, why, why, did I decide to stop at this Starbucks on a busy rainy Saturday afternoon, why because I just love coffee, especially when you are freezing at a nearby park watching your son play baseball at a nearby park. Anyhoo, this Starbucks was you guessed it right, packed, however I do give kudos to the baristas for really hustling getting orders out quite quickly and yes my Americano was perfectly made. So smooth and bold, and super hot just the way I like it. The store is really big with plenty of tables although they are always taken by students that are studying, but how they are able to concentrate I do not know as it gets really loud on here. There is also plenty of space outside, but on a rainy day everyone was packed inside. My one star deduction was that there were lots of boxes throughout the floor and to me that’s a no no especially in the afternoon when you have plenty of customers crammed inside. I guess I’m used to my starbucks where they restock in the early am so boxes are not everywhere in the busy morning or afternoon. Other than that is was a pleasant experience.

I really liked this specific location. Its a nice lay out w indoor and outdoor seating. But, more importantly, the service I received was excellent. I just downloaded the Starbucks app so I’m pretty slow to figure out how to actually use it to pay. Plus, I had a free drink reward that expired that day so I wanted to be sure to use it. Also, I usually get a chai tea latte but I wanted to learn the diff between that and the Oprah chai tea latte lol. Aside from Oprah’s being more expensive(they donate 25 cents from each cup sold), it’s also spicier but with less calories than the original. I ordered the Oprah. The server said that if I didn’t like it she’d make me an original one instead. I ordered and tried to use my free drink reward. The app said it expired the day before. I know for a fact it didnt, but I didn’t want to hold up the line. So, I ordered my drink and sat down to wait. While waiting I went through the app some more til I found a code. I went back to the counter and gave her the code. Voila! It worked! She was nice enough to just put a credit on my app so I could buy another one later. And… I did not like Oprah so she was nice enough to make me an original one instead. A lot of hoopla… But the server was very nice and patient through it all. #thanksstarbuckslady

The last time I was at this Starbucks, I did not have the most pleasant experience. First of all, it took me forever for the worker to take my order because she had been too busy talking to her co-worker. I totally get that you might need to catch up with this friend, but please do it when you’re not helping a customer. Then, after I ordered, I waited for about 30 minutes for my drink. I was confused as to why it was taking so long, especially because I was the only customer being helped at the time. I kept looking back and the worker kept looking at me. I was expecting her to say something(assuming she was done with my drink because she was just standing there). I finally went up and asked if she had my drink, and the worker said that no one came to get it so she threw it away. She had never called my name even though she had asked for it, AND. I was sitting right there where she could clearly see me. She ended up making me another one. but, boy. what a waste…

Always gotta have a massive coffee company in a busy location to flourish business! This place can be a hit or miss on customer traffic depending on the time! I’ve came here when there was no one in line and when the line almost went out the door! Plenty of seating inside and outside! Barista attitude can be a hit or miss, but most of my visits have been pleasant!

This Starbucks is one of the open late ones . If you need one at 1130 pm and well you are close to Carson/605 go there and get your Joe groove on. It seems crazy that anything in L.A. county closes so early but Starbucks is lacking in late week night openness… there loss is our savings I suppose. However the girl who helped me tonight was pleasant and I felt bad I had no cash just a card so I could not tip well. sorry !* She worked Thursday pm May 30th and she was a cute African American girl small to medium build very sweet I did not get her name but some management person figure it out and give her a raise already! She rocked ! :)

This is a great little Starbucks location located within the Long Beach Town Center. The location has a great look and is very nicely setup. They have several indoor seating tables as well as a large outdoor patio area next to a fountain which is quite nice. The staff here is very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for as I very rarely come here by myself and am not that familiar with their coffees and teas as my wife usually does the ordering on these. There was no line when I was here which was nice but a lot of people studying and out on the patio. I did get my sizes mixed up and inadvertently ordered a Venti instead of the Treinta black tea which is what I really wanted but that’s my fault and I will remember for next time. The prices are what they are and fall in line with just about ever other coffee shop in comparison. The parking situation at the Town Center is never a great but it is plenty ample if you look in the right areas and walk a bit. Overall a great location located within a busy Town Center with plenty of foot traffic. I would be back
