Starbucks

This is your typical Starbucks but I wanted to write a review for the staff who work here. They are really nice and customer service is definitely apparent. They are courteous, attentive, and very quick. Keep up the good work!

Great location there are several food places as well Chipolte, Buffalo wild wings. There is also a best buy and a sports authority and a movie theater AMC

Location: One of a couple locations on PCH, this one is located in the Marina Pacifica shopping complex which includes a Best Buy and Ralphs most prominently. Parking can be difficult given that it is very close to an AMC theater, but if you park on the other side of the driveway closer to the Ralphs you will find a spot. Its just a little bit of a walk. The location itself is easy to spot off the street given that its in this giant complex. Most recent addition — Nordstrom Rack.
Service: This location is kind of small, and attached to a Barnes and Noble. When you enter the front door, it immediately tunnels into a small aisle which gets difficult to maneuver when its crowded since its supposed to be two way traffic. On the other hand, it makes for an easy way to form a line since it kind of happens naturally. Everyone we have encountered at this location has been nice and very welcoming. There are never seats available though and its always crowded. Of course, given its small size, not surprising. Our drinks are always good — again, typical order is a hazelnut latte. Baristas are pretty fast and happy to fix any errors. If you mobile order, you have to ask for it at the bar. They don’t just put it out, like at other locations.
Overall: We will be back at this location given that its close to where we live — but parking does make it difficult unless you are there early in the day.

Great service! The baristas know about coffee. I asked about chemical treatment of their decaf brands and was provided a helpful response. This place can get crowded sometimes but probably because of the cleanliness and service. I am not a Starbucks fan mostly because of the taste of their beans but their smartphone app program is so convenient that it’s the obvious option sometimes. I love this store though and will definitely be a regular here.

We stopped here on the way home from a weekend trip, the area was nice and the baristas were pleasant. i got a reward of a freebie and decided to try the marshmallow frappuccino. It was rather good. I totally would recommend this as a stop. The bathroom was clean and they was a solid flow of people.

I usually go to Peet’s Coffee and decided to get coffee at Starbucks because it was convenient that morning. I’m so sorry I did. I ordered a decaf coffee with coconut milk. Seems pretty straight forward. 15 minutes later, I had to ask the barista to check on the brew. «I’ll check that for you.» I guess my waiting for 15 minutes clearly in her view didn’t give it away that I was STILL waiting for my drink. On top of that, she fills my coffee to the top, so that it spills over! After cleaning the coffee off of my hand, I have to now go back to tell her that I need more coconut milk for my coffee, which by this time is now cold! This is just another good reminder why I don’t go to Starbucks! Terrible customer service!

So I’m gonna start this off by saying I’m not really in to Starbucks. That being said, I don’t know what to order when I walk in so I’m one of those people standing there looking at the menu with a blank stare for 5 minutes or so.
The people that work here noticed that it looked like I was trying to read a foreign language and offered to help. So I said yes, please.
I believe the woman’s name was Sam who helped and she asked what i like so she can help me out. I said I’m sick what can I get?
So she offered something on the secret menu called medicine something and I got it with half lemonade and half hot water plus honey.
I said I don’t like burning hot stuff so she put a couple ice cubes to make it drinkable.
Loved the drink and it was perfect temp to drink.
Will be coming back!

Worst service ever! I just waited 15 minutes for a vanilla latte. They had 3 people behind the counter but only 1 to take the orders and make the drinks. They then had the nerve to get an attitude with me when I asked how much longer for my drink. I have never had this level of rudeness at any Starbucks location. I will not be coming here ever again!

There were several patrons who came to the door after me and tried to enter. They also thought it was open based on the website and the signage .
Bad business decision.

Bad customer service. I’ve been to many different Starbucks and have never ran into someone so rude. It is common sense if you are out of something, nicely say it to your customers. Don’t give them an attitude. If you want clarification, don’t say «what?» You guys are the one screwing up, just be nice! Happy New Year!

This is my go-​to Starbucks. They move the line very quick. The cashiers and the baristas are very nice and friendly. They always make the drinks just the way I wanted. Parking here on weekday is very easy too. I also like the oatmeal here. They put just the right amount of water inside for me.

I am not big fan of Starbucks but sometimes I go there and my choice is simple — coffee frappuccino from coconut milk. I was on Long Beach to visit friend and we went to Starbucks in Marina. This is the worst Starbucks ever. Impolite service, dirty restroom and frappuccino here tasted absolutely different than in another Starbucks… Never again…

When I walked up to the counter, the two workers working at 2:02 PM on Thursday, November 20 continued to talk amongst themselves so my friend and I had to wait until they were finished with their conversation to order. My friend also asked for his drink with light ice and half and half, but they disregarded his order and gave him heavy ice with whole milk. For my drink I asked for light ice as well, but to my surprise, they gave me heavy ice too. Basically half of my cup was ice. I have never seen such incompetence from Starbucks workers and will never come here again.

We typically grade all Starbucks a 3 or 4, as they are usually consistent and about the same.
This one gets a two because its layout is just too awkward to be an enjoyable experience, and when the line is long you are forced to wait in a narrow walkway where the door is, and sometimes out the door.
It is consistent, service is friendly, bathrooms were clean, just an awkward layout.

Love that they have hidden plugs under the larger tables here. Brilliant!
This is a place I like to come to work, but more recently there’s been a problem: The WiFi is completely unreliable. That means that if I need to work, it cannot be on the internet, which means that I’ve been much less likely to come here now than I before.
Otherwise, it’s your typical Starbucks. Only bonus is that it’s connected to Barnes and Noble, which means you can grab a cup of Joe and then browse books (my idea of heaven!).

Just stopped by this Starbucks. I immediately noticed how clean and organized the shop is. Second thing that actually let me to Unilocal this Starbucks is the pastry case was the most appetizing looking one I have even seen! Customer service was fabulous and my drink was Devine. Best Starbucks around!

I was in the area on Wednesday (11-​06-​2013) and desperately in need of a hot ‘San OB.’ My girlfriend and I were on the lookout for a Starbucks as we were driving down PCH from N. Bellflower Blvd when we spotted this location. This location was secreted inside of a large shopping center with an AMC movie theater.
My girlfriend and I pulled into the parking lot when we quickly observed the entire parking lot was under construction. The construction was shutting off all exits except for one. This forced all vehicles visiting this shopping center to exit via the same spot which caused a massive traffic jam. I figured it was too late to turn around so we continued on with the mission of hitting up Starbucks.
We walked inside and found this Starbucks to be extremely clean. This Starbucks ‘looked’ clean & ‘smelled’ clean. There was no line and my girlfriend and I were helped right away. I ordered a hot ‘San OB’ which consists of a chamomile tea with an inch of steamed soy, 3 packets of honey or organic agave syrup and a couple dashes of cinnamon (the cinnamon) is the latest adjustment to this amazing recipe=) The staff that helped us were super friendly, they were nice & fast with service.
The condiment area was spotless. Prior to exiting this Starbucks my girlfriend and I asked the employee’s if there was a secret squirrel way to get out of this parking lot and avoid the construction quagmire that was taking place right out of the doors of this establishment, the staff advised there was not=(
Even with the construction going on here I would without question come back if & when I am back in the area.
Outdoor seating is available but no private patio area is provided so you are basically sitting on the sidewalk of parking lot, no thank you. I would like to see Starbucks that are set up in large parking lots to have fenced off sections, just saying!!!

Starbucks is Starbucks, they are all clones of each other which is nice for my convenience.
Staff here are friendly and service is fast.

I don’t usually give out 4 Star reviews for Starbucks, BUT the staff here are too amazing!
The girls are so nice, and they know my order, name, and because I come here everyday they give me discounts :). 50 cents for my drink? YES I’ll take it!
