I used to come here every morning. That is until I found a HAIR in my oatmeal! To this day I still won’t be order it. I play it safe and get a bagel with the chocolate banana smoothie or a nonfat latte.

Worst Starbucks ever!!! They have signs that clearly state Red Box cups are on sale. I pick up a cup in a red box, take it up to pay, and oh no, not on sale!!! Wtf!!! Two of the same cups in the sale area and still oh no, not in sale. It’s is a RED box… nothing she will do. Order a passion tea, oh sorry we don’t have any!!! Seriously over this place!!! Will not be back!!!

I prefer this location as opposed to the place on Palo Verde due completely to the parking situation. The coffee is standard Starbuck’s style. At this point, I have found I end up purchasing more food items than coffee! A good stop for a quick coffee and breakfast, lunch, or snacks.

Kinda bummed when I pay $ 5+ for a drink and my cup is only filled 2⁄3 of the way, even with whipped cream. There was another instance a while ago when I was here and another barista making my drink slammed it onto the counter when it was done and spilled it runny all over the sides, no apology or cleanup. Come on, guys. In both instances, it wasn’t even busy.
Starbucks is Starbucks, and I usually have little to no complaints – but the ones I do have are for this location. Hopefully, I’ve just been unlucky here.
3 stars because everything is fine otherwise, and I recognize another older barista who moved here from Stearns and Palo Verde – she’s always been sweet.

Cons: Not my favorite Starbucks. Around 4 a crowd of elementary school kids come in and they’re a tad bit disruptive. It’s also very small, and there’s not a lot of wall outlets.
Pros: They have a large table that has a lot of powermats.

I really just love this Starbucks, I have to drive a lot for my job so I visit many different Starbucks locations. I absolutely love this one. All the people were friendly especially London. Thanks for all your great service. I will be back soon.

Starbucks is Starbucks, what can I say. I have to do a lot of traveling around town, so to save time driving I kill some time having an afternoon coffee. I like unsweetened drinks so I’m loving the cold brew on hot days and the flat white on cooler days. I was hopeful that there would be better baked good since they switched companies/​suppliers, but I’m a little disappointed with the offerings. I do like the flourless chocolate cookie and the chocolate salted almonds. This Starbucks has a work station, one big table, with tech charging which people seem to like. The staff is friendly so I’ll keep killing time here.

The fruit cups were not fresh. The strawberries were starting to turn to liquid. You know how strawberries do that weird sweaty thing when they’re going bad? This place is too small for the volume of people that come in here. There is nowhere to wait comfortably while they prepare your order. This place is kind of a mess. Rent a bigger storefront and start over from scratch Starbucks

This is one of the nicer Starbucks I’ve visited in the Long Beach and Orange County areas. Adequate seating and outlets, and it didn’t get too crowded for the three hours I was here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I gave this starbucks a terrible review a month or so ago and I want to comment now that it has improved a good amount in this last month. I came back here again because it is my local store and very convenient for me. I am pleased to see it moving in a more positive direction. Still not to the standard set be the first two managers of this store but back to an acceptable option for me in my morning routine.

Opens at 4:15 am Monday thru Friday, great staff fast service and inviting atmosphere. It’s the earliest opening Starbucks in Long Beach, would be nice if others that have drive-thru’s would open up at the same time or at 4 AM.

It’s great that there’s another location so close by to the Palo Verde/​Stearns Starbucks! That place always got crowded and parking is tricky!
Here, not so much! Plenty of parking space, a good amount of seating (and as someone else said, it’s spread out so you don’t sit too close to your neighbors!), and baristas here are very courteous!

This is one of my local Starbucks, and I come here all the time.
I’m writing a review because I’m obsessed with Dylan. Came here on a Thursday at 6pm and he was working, and his energy and enthusiasm is just contagious. One of the nicest person I have meant working in food service, and I know it can be tough.
Plus, got a free pastry :)

This Starbucks is conveniently located off Stearns and Bellflower in the shopping center. I prefer this Starbucks to the one down the street as the parking is so much better! Not only is the parking easy but the baristas here are so nice and friendly! They are always cheerful even when the line is wrapped around the store and they are working hard to expedite their orders.
There is plenty of comfy chairs as well as tables to do a little studying or wait for your order to be made.
It’s Starbucks so there is no need to get into the details of the coffee or pastries they sell. I always come in to get my tall nonfat white mocha with no whip and some sort of breakfast sandwich. My drink is always hot and made to perfection. They have never disappointed me and that’s why they are my go to morning spot before school.
