Margaret, the owner is fast, reliable, and fun person to be around. I called several embroidery places on Friday afternoon to remove a stitching off a sweater and most places were not available until Monday and charged more than absolutely necessary that the employees on the phone recommended that I take my business elsewhere before I throw away my money.
In terms of the owner, she works at her own pace and will work with your time. Based on the lack of reviews compared to other embroidery places she is far more reliable and she is so friendly.

If you are looking for a quality, reliable and fast place to get anything embroidered, look no further! Margaret, the owner, is absolutely fabulous to work with. I was looking to get some christmas stockings embroidered and although I found some places around Long Beach, they were ridiculously expensive and/​or the turn around time was super long (probably because it’s the holidays). I know alot of people use the hat embroidery place in the Lakewood Mall, but seriously, do you trust someone at the Lakewood MALL to personalize your precious items??? I wouldn’t. Margaret did quality work on our stockings, however simple they may seem, and I would highly recommend her for all of your embroidery needs in the Long Beach area!
