Very nice staff, great cancer centre, parking is a bit pricey. The only thing I do not like is you have to constantly follow up with the appointments for everything

Really good place… agree with everything said above (on oct 8 I think it was) –no need to repeat the same info. Place was out of network for my insurance, but they said they’d off re the in benefit rate. With that I was pleased

Do NOT use this Center unless you have assurances in writing that your insurance provider will deal with them. This Center sues providers, which means they don’t have to talk to your provider and they don’t have to accept the amount paid by your insurance. They will say it’s because «litigation is pending.» So you can’t even appeal the charges — your insurance company won’t be able to do anything about it. Please, they are impacting my credit rating by simply suing my insurance provider. I have gold-​plated expensive insurance, and even I can’t get this claim paid. Do not use this Center. Good treatment can be secured in many other places that treat patients and providers with respect.

Had outpatient surgery here on Monday. I was obviously a little apprehensive as this was my first experience with any kind of surgery but the atmosphere and the staff put all my worries to rest.
The office staff was very helpful in explaining my insurance coverage and determining what was covered and what my out of pocket expenses would be.
The medical staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining the procedure and what the exact process would be.
Additionally the waiting room was very comfortable with a nice flat screen TV and coffee service provided for those waiting for their loved ones procedures to be completed.
Over all it was as pleasant an experience as could be expected under the circumstances.
