I’m sorry, but as a long time tenant of theirs, I would have to say this company is just unprofessional. When Tom was actively in charge, the management seemed a bit more in tune to making both the tenant and the owner happy. But lately, invoices come 2 – 4 months after charges have been ‘billed’ to our account. The accounts system they use basically consists of Microsoft Word with a typed out balance and invoiced amount owed, which leads me to believe their book keeping could use some help. But where the real issues lie is in their professionalism. There isn’t any. Unless you are a prospective tenant, there isn’t any incentive to work with the tenants or remain a neutral party in their concerns. As the saying goes, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing… This is more like the right hand doesn’t know the left hand exists. Seriously. As a commercial property owner myself, I would enlist literally any other company to manage my properties than this one. They just don’t have the skill and attention to detail required. They are almost stuck in yesteryear it seems. It’s only a matter of time before the company is left to other family members to run and operate it, and then I’m afraid all bets are off.
