Juan helped me out and he was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and great customer service.

Come once a month to pay my bill, fells like in there all day. The workers chit-​chat with each other, and other customers that are there and nothing to do with what they DO. (ALL BAD).

We were helped out by Juan and really he’s a great character. He answered all of my questions and helped us jump from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6. It was a quick process and we were completely satisfied. Thank you Juan! We will definitely be coming back here

This location, on two seperate occasions with two separate employees, flat out lied about a «jump! upgrade». When I would look up my account online, it clearly said I was eligible for the upgrade which would accept my current phone as a trade-​in valued at more than $ 400.
After researching online, I decided to go into a store in case I had questions. Both employees were glad to help but they both said I wasn’t eligible for the «jump!upgrade», and the value of my trade-​in would be $ 200. I showed them on my phone that I was eligible for the upgrade, but they said that it wasn’t possible, and even if it was, there was no way my trade-​in would be valued at $ 400. One of the employees even laughed at the idea.
I left and went to the location on PCH and Ximeno and got the «Jump! Upgrade» with no hassle. The trade-​in value for my phone was also more than $ 400.
This location needs to either stop lying or get better training.

I came in the store because I was having problems with mine and my girlfriends iPhone it wasn’t turning on, when i walked the store immoderately they were very at tentative to my needs, sales associate Khris in particular, he is very knowledgable about his stuff and helped me. All the way with all my concerns very smart guy, I actually prefer this store out of all others now and will go out of my way to come to this store

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! There is currently 5 customers ahead of me and not one of the employees greeted any of us customer or were advised that there will be an employee with us to assist. Who is the manager of this location?! I would like to know. Maybe I will just have to contact corporate. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years. I’m just paying my phone bill and I have to wait for more than 30 mins. This is really an inconvenience.

What a terrible experience.
I came in with my dad to get him and my mom set up with a new family plan. My dad was excited to get the iPhone 6, which he did, but has always been skeptical about phone plans and contracts. I have been a T-​Mobile customer for years and years, and swear by their service. So of course when my dad finally decided to get a real plan and throw out his old pre-​paid flip phone, we went straight to the closest T-​Mobile store.
We came in right when they opened the store. There were two guys there. They were both very friendly and welcoming. I work in customer service and I’m always looking out for the quality of it and hospitality wherever I go. These guys honestly amazed me. They were engaging, smiling, and super helpful answering any questions my dad had. My dad doesn’t speak English very well and I translated back and forth from the very beginning. Neither of the two guys there spoke Spanish, but were patient as we went back and forth.
A few other customers came in and we lost one of the guys, but the positive service continued. After all the questions and explaining the service and costs, my dad finally decided to go for it. So he picked out his phone and the guy helping us asked if he wanted a case for his phone. My dad sells phone accessories for a living so he said no. The guy proceeds to tell us «it comes with the phone». Naturally, I don’t believe it because it’s not typical for an iPhone come with a free case. So I asked if it really did come with the phone. He assured me it did. So my dad says yes cause why would he turn down a free case. He shows us a life proof case that is waterproof and even shows us a video of how it works. He then starts grabbing other accessories like these Bluetooth headphones and a tempered glass screen protector. Again, I say he doesn’t need all that and again he says it all comes with the phone. I asked him twice more if he’s sure this all comes with the phone he says yes, again.
My dad really wanted to keep his phone number from his prepaid phone, so I had to call the company to transfer the phone over. I was on the phone for maybe 10min, while they set up the rest of the plan for my dad. By the time I was off the phone, my dad had signed their contracts/​receipts and paid whatever the initial fee was and everything was set up and done. I was surprised they were done. So we left and I showed my dad how to use his new phone. Everyone was happy.
Fast forward to the first bill, it was a little more expensive than we had calculated. And my dad mentioned that the total they gave him while I was busy on the phone was more expensive than he thought but didn’t think much of it. So I asked him for his receipt from that day and guess what? All those accessories didn’t come with the phone, of course they didn’t. They were added to his monthly bill! Almost $ 200 of extra crap my dad didn’t even want.
Super shady service. I asked him, not once, but THREE times if it really was part of the price of the phone and every time he assured me it did. And they closed the transaction without me there to look things over for my dad even after I had been translating and walking him through the process the entire time. Completely horrible and disappointing service.

If I could give this particular store no stars I would. I came in to pay my bill and the music playing in the store was so inappropriate. I thought this was a reputable place of business but it feels like I walked into some backyard house party. So unprofessional, I had my children with me and had to walk them outside just so they would not be forced to hear the rap crap playing in the store. I will not be coming back to this store ever again.

Horrible customer service, they have like 20 employees working and none of them want to help you out. And when you do get help they have horrible customer service. I had to call and make a corporate complain cuz the girl that help me out had an attitude towards me. When asking her questions she would roller eyes and answer them like she don’t really want to. I will never come to this T Mobile again.

Seriously this tmobile sucks so bad. Waiting for over 15 minutes for a receipt !! The reason «system crashed «yea right. Overall horrible service

I drive out of my way just to come to this particular store because they are knowledgeable about their product, friendly and helpful. Yes they are extremely busy all the times I have gone there, but they still manage to say hello explain that they are busy and actually give me a wait time, but usually not long. For example today I went to another location because my phone was not working properly they suggested to do a reset in my phone and I thought that was weird since my phone was just acting up when calling. I decided just to come here to my usual spot instead and i am glad I did the gentleman that helped me took less than a minute to fix my phone without doing any hard resets on my phone.
To the staff all I got to say is keep up the good work and to management you have chosen great employees :)

There was over 8 employees behind the counter and they were just talking to each other. Then there was 3 in their back office. Walking in and out to see if there was any cust. Then walk back in even when they saw the customers. They need to get around the counter and help the customer. I should not have to wait over an hour to get help. I waited almost 45 to and hour just to get help. I was trying to be nice cause there were others waiting also. I didn’t wanna cut in front of anyone. So I just waited. Then another customer walked in and the associate started to help them first when they knew there was others headed of them. Tasha was putting up the accessories. So I decided to walk up to her and ask for help. After waiting for over an hour. Tasha never asked what color phone I want or porting my number. She just did all the paper work and got everything wrong. Wrong color and wanting me to paid the restocking fee for not taking the wrong color phone. I could have gotten the phone on online and saved $ 30 plus all the time I spended in store. She said she will give me free shipping to get the color I want. But she gave me ground shipping. I should get next day shipping for all the problems I had to just get the phone. You got any question about my time at the store. Call me at 562−236−7879.
