Taco Bell

If I could give zero stars I would. This Taco Bell has the WORST customer service. I know you shouldn’t expect much but still. The girls here are constantly rude and snobby. They are SO SLOW. There was one time I went and waited 30 minutes in line then realized the girl at the window was service some kids who walked up to the window. After getting to the window I came apparent that it was a friend or boyfriend as she was giggly and distracted. Several times when taking the order she would stop talking and laugh then say «sorry what was that». Go to the one on Broadway and save yourself some frustration. GET NEW EMPLOYEES.

Look, I know we shouldn’t expect much from fast food joints, but when you get late night munchies & a place is open ²⁴⁄₇. You expect them to deliver.
I don’t normally go to Taco Bell, but they’re down the street from my house and it’s 3am. So the hubbs & I drive to Taco Bell & order a nacho bellgrande & 3 taco supreme. The person taking the order in the drive thru was basically rushing us (as if there is a line at this time).
We try to add a last minute quesalupe because we wanted to try it but the lady informs us that there are no more and they turned off the fryer. (Why would you turn it off? You’re open 24/​7…)
Anyways we take our food home to eat while we watch Netflix. After the first bite out of my nachos, I was greatly disappointed at the fact the chips were horribly stale… The cheese was cold and barely any meat. The nacho chips literally tasted like they been sitting out for days.
My hubby unwraps his taco supreme and it’s basically all sour cream with like a dash of meat.
On top of that, they didn’t give us any napkins!!!
I don’t mean to complain but what horrible horrible service.
Needless to say, (but I’m saying it anyways) we won’t be going back. Our late night munchies are gonna have to take us on a further trip to the next late night open joint.

I ordered a taco supreme and got a regular taco and was still charged for a supreme. Really? How hard is it to do your job? Stop stealing my money.
If you can’t put a taco together how do you expect to put your life together? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Dope! Open 24 hours and insides open late. People complain too much this place is dope

This establishment claims to be 24 hours but every single time I have gone after 12am they have been closed.
The first time it was for some sort of renovations and there was a sign at the drive through.
The second time they were closed for no discernible reason.
The last time (a couple weeks ago) the woman at the drive through window said they were getting a shipment and they did not have food to make. She said all the food was in boxes… really? EVERYTHING?
What’s the point of being 24 hours if you’re not true to it?

Says ²⁴⁄₇ but when I went it was closed and had a wet floor sign blocking, like wtf???

3 stars because I like Taco Bell and I can never get enough potato soft tacos. But as far as this location they always get my order wrong no matter how small it is. One time they forgot the Fritos in my Fritos burrito, they forget to add something in my order, or when I substitute beans for meat they’ed still add meat. not good when using the drive thru and don’t have the time to return.

It’s Taco bell. Thank god for bring open late… need a bite to eat come here. You will wait in a long line if you go through the drive thru so if your not to drunk or lazy come inside a lot faster!!. Clean inside slow but good service.

These ladies that work here are absolutely the rudest ppl ever, I went in and stood there. And everyone of them looked at me and walked away and continue to set up sour cream. Not one of these ladies greeted me or say we will be right with you. Only one guy who was out washing the outside said hi good morning. That’s pretty sad plus I had to use the restroom so I asked and the «manager» was rude about me asking. I did not purchase anything because of the service I received, they were rude, unfriendly, and I would not recommend coming here after the treatment I got. Plus the manager called me a sir more then once after I corrected her several times I’m a female. Taco Bell needs to see who there hiring because if there all like this, your not going to have a business.
