Los Al location review. Just bought another flat for $ 24 on Sunday and went to divvy them up Monday morning after they were in my fridge all night and they were rotten and the bottom was full of mold. Tried to take them back and was told that they dont give refunds. BUYER BEWARE!!! This isnt the first time I’ve bought rotten fruit at this stand. We used to buy so many flats I finally thought hey, Ill try to get a carton as a replacement since I spend so much money there, but no help from them. I guess you’re expected to pick through the entire carton when you buy them.

Not organic. I would’ve thought these strawberries would be alot sweeter, but these strawberries are soo bitter and sour. I paid $ 12.00 for 3 cartons…

I am actually reviewing the stand location at 2^nd and PCH. I am a sucker for fresh produce, particularly this time of year. They grow on a farm up near Camarillo, and offer both organic and non-organic berries. The prices are a bit steeper than I found at the farmer’s market around the block, but very good. I have purchased from the stand a couple times now. The first time they were incredible; this may have been influenced by going a bit earlier in the day, when there was more of a selection. The berries were ripe and flavorful. The second time, the quality was unremarkable; there were a lot of green/yellow areas on the berries, and they were tart, without any real strawberry flavor.
They do have a loyalty punchcard, wherein you get a punch for every ¼ flat you purchase. I believe you get a free ¼ flat or something

Berries are full of mold and rot. They say they will give a refund, but they do not. With prices up to $ 12 for a half flat, definitely not worth the visit. I thought I was the only one with a bad batch of strawberries. Went to their website and found many more disappointed people.

The price for the day that I bought them was 3 lbs of strawberries for 10.00 $. The Strawberries were plumb, juicy, delightfully sweet & sour. Great location & friendly service.
