If you’re lookin for a solid thai place i recommend this spot in the westside of LB where i reside lol… get the bbq combo, it comes with 2 thai bbq chicken and pork ribs and the meat slides off the bone… paused. and comes with shrimp fried rice but only has 2 shrimps… lol. the meal is under $ 10…

The only thing I was upset about was waiting so long to try this place. Tai BBQ combo with chicken and spare ribs with shrimp fired rice was ONPOINT ! And the order of fried dumplings was too bomb. Glad to have this place on the west side !

Thai spring rolls were only $ 6 and I was so full! They gave me extra wonton! I ordered 12 and got 15 for only $ 6! And I’m white! Hahah, Love these guys it’s too bad their business hasn’t been as prosperous recently. Come check it out! So authentic and friendly! Not to mention affordable and filling!

They deliver to our workplace and that’s a plus plus! Food is not overtop but not gross, duh! I have not ever been sick(knock on wood) and I have ate here several times. I do like their bbq combo, chicken larb(tasty) and pad see ew chicken is my daughter’s favorite. My favorite Thai food in LBC is LONGBEACHTHAI Restaurant and its convenient to where I live. But I will come here for thai food if I am in the area.

My favorite Thai food place. I cannot find a decent thai restaurant in San Diego :(The pad Thai is bomb, their Thai BBQ combo is bomb, and if you get the L2/D2(spare ribs) it’s soooo good, it’s the only thing I eat from there. I’m from this«sketchy» part of town and it’s been there for yearsssss, so as other places come and go, this place stayed. It’s part of the neighborhood now. The parking could prove to be tricky and tight but there is curb side parking if anyone is interested. I always take my food to go, so I cannot attest to dining experience. If this place is really too much for some, try Unilocaling«original Thai BBQ». Also if you’re two miles away JUSTDRIVE, for God’s sake. This new generation is something else…

Quick delivery however Pad Thai had absolutely no flavor. The pad Thai I make has more flavor and I’m not even a good cook. It only came with two shrimp womp womp. The yellow curry was overly like over salty and soooooooo spicey I started coughing and thru up. Two stars only because of quick delivery. Perhaps too quick. Note to the diner: take the time and taste your food before it goes out. All great chefs taste for seasoning!

Found this place close to the Pad, never realized it was there. Been feelin’ some Thai so I decided to swing by and pick some up. Overall, the food was pretty good, wasn’t the best Thai I’ve had but will definitely go back if I’m craving and don’t wanna drive a long way. The Beef Pad See Ew was heavy on the garlic but the beef was very tender and plenty of noodles and broccoli got it with no egg. The orange chicken was surprisingly tender breast meat and flavorful. The pineapple fried rice was full of pineapple good ratio on the curry got it with no egg and no meat, the raw onions mixed in was a good touch. All in all it was an 8 out of 10, service was real friendly, place was clean and plenty of seating.

The staff are super friendly. Fast service. Food is prepared, like someone’s little grandmother is in the back chefing up all the goodness. In and out. No long lines to wait. Everything I ate was amazing. Now it’s nap time.

I never leave comments but there is a first time for everything… Today was the second time I have eaten at this place and I will NEVERGOHEREAGAIN!!! First time the whole fish was cooked to a fossil. As soon as you walk in it smells like an old building, like the carpet needs to be changed and it needs a real good deep cleaning. That should have been my clue but nooooo I wanted some Basil Fried Rice and I Love Vegan was closed so I went here. What a huge mistake. I should have known that if you walk into a restuarant and don’t smell food at 4:00 pm then somethings wrong. But I wanted that rice. As I waited for my rice, because I clean restaurants, I begin to visually inspect this place and it was down right filthy. About an inch of thick dust covers the décor and door frame to the kitchen. I looked into the kitchen and it was not very sanitary. I just keep praying to the food Gods that my food would be ok. I never smelled anything cooking. The lady gave me the rice, which was $ 9, and I went home about 4 blocks away. When I opened the rice it looked weird like it was old and recooked. It was NOT the Basil Fried Rice I ordered it was regular vegetable rice and it wasn’t much for $ 9. It did not taste good at all. My 6 year old saw it and said she did not want any. It looked like mush not rice. Like it was from a previous day and they cooked it again and now it was like glop. I knew I didn’t smell or hear any cooking going on. It had no flavor. I am so disappointed. Such a waste of time and money. I guess that’s what I get for being impatient. Never Again! And my stomach hurts I don’t know of it’s from the food or the disappointment.

Cant go wrong with this thai restaurant. My family came in yesterday for dinner. We had ordered; spare ribs, fried tofu, garlic shrimp, fried calamari, kung pao chicken, thai boat, and bbq chicken. All the food that we ordered were good. So were the portions. I definately recommend eating here if youre on the westside of long beach and craving some thai food. I can see why some customers reviews say the restaurant is sorta not up to par with cleanliness. But i didnt mind. If you think you would be one of those customers take your food togo. The food is tasty! Get the spare ribs :)

I remember when this corner used to be a Ford antique parts store. Like forever. When it closed, business came and went. Before Thai Dinner BBQ, it was a American Southern Style Barbecue joint(didn’t last long). The area is kind of a dump. There’s an Asian market next door(with surprisingly neat things). As for the restaurant, as Thai places go, the food is pretty good. I always order the Hot and Sour Coconut Milk Soup(this is a test for all Thai restaurants) and this soup was very good. The Pad Thai was flavorful. The Shrimp Rolls on a stick weren’t bad. However, the fried egg rolls were some of the worst I’ve had: flavorless mushy fillings in fried cardboard. The prices are good. And to find a decent Thai(or any good restaurant) in Long Beach’s Westside is a tough enough. It’s nice to have this place around.

This place made my stomach hurt after eating their food. I ordered the pad Thai noodles and bbq with shrimp fried rice. I feel like they showered it with MSG and my stomach wasn’t having it. I learned my lesson. Never again!

Mmmm the reason for the low stars review is this: the food is okay, but the place is kinda shabby and in a sketchy part of town. You could eat the same food for the same price in a nice upscale thai spot somewhere else… which is what I recommend you do.

I usually get take out since the interior is depressing. I get the beef satay dinner plate and pad see ew. Iono what they doin but they orange rice is amazin as hell. And that peanut sauce is heroin for me bruh. Food is good and consistent. Small hole in the wall for some good thai food.

My favorite spot for Thai bbq! I prefer the ribs, but their BBQ combo is very popular & a crowd favorite. Their crab meat cream cheese wontons are also good & their fisherman’s soup is delicious. Their pad Thai is also yummy. They have one server running the place, so you have to be a bit patient with things. He’s really nice though.

I got this delivered for lunch on a Wednesday. I placed the order through thing that’s embedded on the Unilocal page. I requested the food to be delivered at 12:15, but it did not arrive until 12:55. The driver said he forgot his GPS back at the restaurant. He was very nice about it, but the waiting overall was pretty frustrating. I got some egg rolls and the Pad See Ew, and it was OK. Nothing great, nothing bad. It’s kind of hard for me to judge the food right now because it’s somewhat cold from being so late. The two stars is mainly for the late delivery. I added some Tabasco to the food and it made it taste a little better, so I’m assuming if the food was hot enough and they made it to a good spicy level, it would be decent. But again, nothing to rave about it. Next time I’m just going to go back to Sriracha Thai on Avalon.
