Tommy’s Car Wash

I drove through this car wash and when I got out I was missing the lens to one of my back inner tail lights. I walked up to the worker at the end of the wash to ask about it and saw it sitting on the floor cracked. He told me that he found the piece broken on the floor inside the wash and it wasn’t their fault. I guess I have to replace it on my own because this place accepts no responsibility.

Came out of the car wash with moderate damage. The manager accused me of lying to him, saying it was pre-​existing damage, and not only refused to consider any liability on his part, but cursed me out and demanded I leave the facility. I expect at least a fair hearing from management, but the manager refused to consider anything I said as anything but a lie. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS FACILITY UNTIL IT DECIDES TO STAND BY THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES.

When utilizing an express car wash, I’ve been paying $ 5.95 at Bob’s on 7^th street for some time now; they do a nice job, you still have to pull around back and wipe off the drip-​drops and, pay $ 1 for vacuuming your vehicle (a hurry, you never know how much time you get experience!)
Well, those days are over, sorry Bob, there’s a new guy in my life for express car washes and his name is Tommy!
This place is new, clean, have $ 5, $ 7 & $ 9 car was offerings, dressing your tires will run you 2 bucks, but hey that’s what that Armorall under your sink is for, get busy people, it’s fun to shine up your own tires, besides, that $ 2 could go towards Vietnamese Noodle soup at Phnom Penh Noodle Restaurant on Pine Avenue just a whisk away!

I always opt for the $ 5 Express wash, show my coupon, get a dollar off, leave the guy a dollar tip
(as they all split these between the 3 employees working here), park the Blue Knight around to the side with vacuums and start wiping off the water drops and little misses (usually birdy poops that are hard to get off)
OH, the vacuum service is FREE, yes FREE, they do ask that you limit the time to 5 minutes and I see why, on the week ends here, the line of cars is like a line at a drunk fast food joint, long, but moving.
Where do you get these coupons you ask, well if you have not been reading my quick tips, Ralph’s Supermarkets have them on the back of your receipt, as many as five depending how much you’ve purchased
I received several coupons on the back of my receipts from Ralph’s, and I’ve clipped all 20 of them because they do not expire until 1÷13÷13!
