Travel King Motel

It was clean for the most part. Bathrooms were fine but the towels, I dont think they were clean. Basic room though, I didn’t get sick.

I think they don’t even wash the sheets or pillow cases after others have stayed in the same room before. The blankets smell like man cologne. And the pillow cases had smeared eyeliner on them. It’s gross. I stayed here just for new years. And it sucked. Not recommended.

The rooms itself for the price wasn’t bad… but the customer service was HORRIBLE… the lady had an attitude. We were in the room for less then 30 min and there was NO hot water so I could take a shower. My boyfriend goes to the front desk to maybe see if we could switch rooms and she was totally rude to my boyfriend telling him we need to run the water for 5 min… we ran it for like 15 min waiting for the water to get hot. So she basically said there’s nothing we can do and we refused to stay in a room with NO hot water. So we got a refund, and she started to try to charge me for an an hour and I was like don’t f******* think so. I couldn’t believe she was unwilling to give us another room… first of all they just lost some money and potential customers they could have had in the future along with recommendations. I do not recommend any motel that doesn’t care if there customers have hot water or not. I WOULD NOT GO HERE IF I WAS YOU… there are many other places to stay on Long Beach Blvd.
