Who would have thought that dealing with things at a bank could actually be fun…
Today I stopped in to open up a personal account after I decided to go back to Wells Fargo after having been with another bank. Lea was not only professional, efficient, and super helpful, but she was also so incredibly friendly and she actually made my annoying errand an enjoyable experience! I would absolutely go out of my way to this branch just to have Lea handle all of my banking. It sounds crazy, but stopping at the bank became a high point of my day thanks to the incredible customer service.

I opened my business account about a month ago, and I just noticed today I can’t withdraw more than $ 300 at an ATM. What if I need more money after business hours? They didn’t tell that when I opened the account. I wouldn’t even open an account at wellfargo

Wow! What a great bank with great customer service. Melissa has been my banker of choice. She makes everything very easy to understand which is great for a college student like me who knows little about credit of loans quite yet. It’s like you’re catching up with a friend when you go here. I love Wells Fargo and I love their customer service. In fact, I plan on moving over all of my accounts to WF! Great jobs guys

Worst branch ever. I am a business owner and am often dressed casually and I have noticed that the employees at this branch feel that they can be rude and disrespectful in comparison with how they treat others. Just moments ago I was the only customer in the business line, but they chose to help the personal banking line which had three tellers working a line of six people instead of me. Great Customer Service, not!!!

This is my local branch and it used to be my favorite. Most of the bankers/​tellers are very friendly but unfortunately they do NOT know how to do their jobs. Many times they have made a mistake. For example, I had to order my business checks 4 TIMES and each time they would place an order and after 7 – 10 days when I didn’t receive my check book I would go back and they would tell me there is no records of me ordering checks. They are also very pushy and after asking me many times to give them an opportunity to help me with my company payroll or insurance I would agree and then they would fail to show up for our appointment (this has happened several times). Overall VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The other reviews are bogus. Been here twice and had true 5 star service twice. Both times I was making a complicated international wire transfer. They got me in and out with total professionalism, faster than previous banks have. Plus they’re friendly!

I’ve been a customer of WF for over 10 years. The only thing I like about this branch is that it’s close to my place and rarely crowded. What I don’t like is they are always pushy trying to sell you some sort of extra service.

The greeter is so annoying. They ask what your business reason is right in front of other Customers around. It isn’t anybody’s business and I don’t want to let everybody in line know what I am here for! Like I am going to say «I’m here to take out $ 1000» so everybody knows! Uggg! What happened to privacy?

I dont even bank here and the service was awesome! A guy in a suit litterally greets you at the door and offers you service. Had to Unilocal them

Excellent Service. Very friendly staff and accommodating. I have used their services for approximately two years and have had no issues. Every Wells Fargo I have been too are equivalent.

terrible terrible service, long wait, rude employees, merchant services took other regal customers first, asked me to leave, refused to make my cash deposit, manager the rudest of ALL the employees…

So I have had problems in the past with banks. One bank switched names on me, and then was bought out by another bank that rhymes with You Es Bank (worst customer service ever) so I switched to Wells Fargo. I started in Huntington Beach with them, and they were cool, but not until I moved to Long Beach and used the 2^nd st location did I really love this bank. Every single person that works there is amazing! Kyle, though he is now in and out because he way promoted for his amazingness, is great to work with. Kristina is one of the nicest people to work with. Schuyler is awesome and cute and has a great personality. All around great service from great people!

Kristina Duran, Schylar & Sendi are so welcoming! I live by the traffic circle but I still come all this way for THE BEST customer service and to see their beautiful faces! Keep up the great work ladies!

Too be honest, I never used to be a fan of Wells Fargo. I had all my accounts with Bank of America and was perfectly comfortable there. About a year ago I opened a business account with WF and I haven’t looked back! This brach is the only branch I will go to. The manager Christina is wonderful. She’s always there with a warm greeting weather it be a friendly conversation, a smile or a wave. All of the tellers are wonderful people and great at there job. I also want to give a big thank you to their business banker Sharnette. She is the most helpful and honest person to ever work in a bank. Two thumbs up!

The answer is NO, I don’t want to open account! I feel awkward being greeted at the door being asked what brings me in, I don’t want water or coffee or i would be at Polly’s, yes I am happy with my current bank, and again, no I don’t want an account here, and no there is nothing you can do to change my mind. NO, NO and NO! I know how to open a bank account if I wanted to and I know right where you’re at and if you really want to have good customer service than remember me when I come in and stop being so pushy. You are very nice otherwise and always handle business but its way too pushy and uncomfortable.

The staff in this branch is super fast and friendly, but perhaps with an ulterior motive. They asked me who I’m currently banking with, and I knew they tried to get me to open an account (I was there to deposit my friend’s checks to her account — which was almost torn all the way but they helped taped and cleared). I wish all WF’s customer service reps are equally nice. Sadly, that wasn’t the case.
(I know this is not exactly related with this branch, but I thought I’d share my story anyway).
I banked with WF before, but I was badly burned by their customer service (phone). I had an issue with the online banking and they locked my account 3x without notice. When I talked to their customer service over the phone, she was extremely condescending and asked me if I speak English. I don’t usually get upset over the phone easily, but that was waaaay too insulting. Long story short, in the end, I put her back in her place — in English.

i’ve been here a few times, and when i actually think of it, more than twice were there so many people that there was a long line. and once all the ATMs were down so you had to wait. Recently, when i went in, there was a super aggressive greeter — some chick who looked 16 and had chunky glasses and bright pink lipstick. She spoke really fast and apparently isn’t aware of personal space because she was in WAY TOO CLOSE as i was walking out.

Everyone here is so friendly, nice and warm.
My teller was very friendly, asking me about my day and offering me coffee.
The private bankers at the desks came up to me and asked if they could help with anything, and everyone asked my name and if I needed anything to make my day go better.
I rarely enjoy going to the bank, but the friendly staff here and the coffee (which may give Starbucks a run for its money!), makes me want to visit this branch more often!

Hands down the best wells fargo branch anywhere.

Banks. Such a touchy subject. And we all know someone who swears their bank «totally screwed them over!» Um, yeah… those are called overdraft charges, people — all the banks charge ‘em. But, sure, I’m sure they totally screwed you.
Wells Fargo has always been a great bank for me in general. And this is my absolute favorite branch. Typically banks are right up there with the post office and the DMV on the list of places I hate, but at this branch, I’ll grab a cup of free coffee and hang out for awhile. Seriously.
Never a long line. Even if there are a lot of people in line, it moves really quickly. The service is always amazingly friendly. Friendly? At a bank? Damn right. Efficient, friendly, and on those occasions when things in your bank account aren’t going quite as planned, they’re quite understanding too.
Even though under that smile they’re probably thinking, «Jesus Christ, doesn’t she know how bill pay works, it takes a couple of days to post. Idiot. I’ll bet she tries to stick around for free coffee now. I hate my job.» But, the good news is, I can’t tell that they’re thinking that at all.
