I love Dr. McKibben and his team! They are so warm and friendly and definitely make going to the dentist a breeze. Anita gives great cleanings and Dr. McKibben is a warm, gentle and funny guy. He does great cosmetic work and best of all, he has this awesome technology called CEREC where he can do one office-​visit dentistry if you need a crown!!! Instead of the goopy stuff they put in your mouth to take an impression, he takes a digital scan with a camera and designs and mills your crown right there and then, so there’s no temporary crown and no need for a second visit a couple of weeks later, which I loved! I’ve had a crown done before the traditional way having to go back for a second visit and having a temporary in my mouth fall off, so this was 100 times better. Dr. McKibben takes great care in what he does and it shows through and through. If you’re looking for a great dentist, definitely come here!

One of the few places I keep going to after moving 35 miles south of Long Beach. First off the office is very clean and has a nice recently updated feel and look to it. All the people at the desk along with the hygienists are very nice and sweet. My cleanings and the one cavity I had filled over the years have been great with zero mistakes/​employee attitudes/​etc. Dr. McKibben is really professional and wasn’t pushy about doing unnecessary work on my teeth. Definitely the best dentist I have been to.

Dr. McKibben and his front office staff make going to the dentist a great experience. He’s been my dentist since 2000, he always has my best interest when it comes to my dental treatment, he’s ethical and meticulous. His office is modern and accomidating when ever I have had an emergency. I love this office.

I have a lot of dental work to be done as a result of bad dentistry with a dentist I have seen for many years. My endodontist referred me to Dr. McKibben and his super caring staff. Dr McKibben met with my endodontist then took a lot of time with me to review my history, my current situation and my future plan to get my mouth back on track. The staff is extremely accommodating regarding a payment plan as this venture is going to be very expensive but mandatory. Dr McKibben has all the latest technology to assist him in assisting his patients with the best plan of attack and the highest long term results. He has a great «chair side» manner and sense of humor which makes the experience as comforting as possible. While I could certainly think of better things to do with my time and money, this is the only place I want to be in this journey to better health. You will not be disappointed in Dr. McKibben or his fabulous staff.

Dr. McKIbben is an excellent dentist. He is a perfectionist. He takes extra time and care to make sure that your teeth are the best that they can be. He is a caring man who will make you feel comfortable while sitting in the dental chair. He is extremely personable, and has a fabulous sense of humor. All of the ladies in the office are very friendly and attentive.
Dr. McKibben not only does regular dentistry, but he does amazing cosmetic dentistry. He put veneers on all of my visible teeth which improved my smile tremendously.

So thankful for Dr. McKibben. Doesn’t try to get you to do a bunch of work you don’t need. Very nice staff. Super friendly. They really treat my family well.

Just when I thought I found a nice legit dentist, I run into the same insurance, money problems again with this money hungry dentist. I have been looking for a legit dentist for quite sometime now and was referred to Dr. McKibben by a friend. All was going well for the past few cleanings until an unexpected bill came in the mail. The reason for this unexpected balance was that my insurance pays for 2 cleanings per year (every 6 months which is standard). Turns out the dentist was cleaning my teeth every 4 months, which is what they had recommended. Now it is my fault for not realizing that I was being seen less than 6 months, but when I asked about the dates of my cleanings, they were every 5 months, which was shady to me. We’re they trying to schedule it every 4 months (as recommended by the dentist) or trying to make it seem as if it was every 6 months when in actuality, it was more like every 4 months. I was like any other normal patient; go in for my cleaning, then reschedule my next one at the end of my appointment. Shame on me for not realizing what they were doing. In any case, of course I exceeded my allotted twice a year cleanings. Now I remember distinctly telling them that I only wanted what the insurance was going to cover when I had my first cleaning with them. Of course they tell me that they don’t have any record of that in my chart. And they only go by what the dentist recommends of course. I said of course you only go by the dentist’s recommendations. But the majority of people get insurance out of the way and go by what the insurance allows for because who needs an extra expense if it’s not necessary?! Well of course they wouldn’t budge on their end and insist that I was responsible for the balance of $ 79.00. I told them the check was in the mail but don’t expect me to be returning after leaving this bad taste in my mouth. I’m on the search again for finding a legit dentist who’s not shady.

Dr McKibben is a great dentist. I always enjoy going to his practice to get my teeth cleaned. Even when «repairs» are needed I go to my appointment with a smile because I know the procedure will be done in a clean, quick and (as much as possible) comfortable way. The staff is always pleasant and knows me by name. I recommend Dr McKibben to anyone looking for a dentist who gets the job done with the latest technology and the best in patient care.

I have been going to Dr. McKibben for about 13 years now and been very happy with his practice. I have had the same dental hygienist for about 8 years. The office is clean and I have never had to wait for my appointment. He has all the modern equipment such as digital X-​rays and flat screen TV’s. He also does cosmetic work such as teeth whitening.
Overall, I have been extremely satisfied and plan to stay with them for years to come.
