Very cramped, small pathways in the store. I definitely recommend staying out if you’re at all wary of reptiles since you’re kind right up next to them with nowhere to turn!
They have a huge selection and it looks like the prices are reasonable!

Best reptile store I’ve been to. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Elric, the owner is awesome and knows his stuff. Very kind place that takes priority of their animals over everything. I purchased my first ball python here and Elric got me set up with the terrarium and all supplies I needed. Above that he even dressed the terrarium for me and did a wonderful job. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go here to pick up feedings, I would much rather spend a little extra on gas to help support his business over a large chain store. Also will return here if I ever have another interest in more reptiles.

I honestly don’t write a lot of reviews. This place definitely deserves one. I came in looking for a sulcata tortoise and ended up leaving with one. I was helped out by Elric. I was very informed about them. I ended up picking another one 1 month later. I highly recommend this shop.

Great exotic pet shop for your reptile needs! This shop has plenty of reptiles to chose from that make great new pets. Sells a variety of feeders and supplies with great customer service in a clean shop. So, I actually found out about this shop at the Pomona reptile super show two years ago where I purchased my first ball python from Elric! I went again to the reptile super show this year just to look around and fell in love with another baby ball python and what do you know, it’s from Elric’s booth! :) Just a note, all a coincidence, but what made me impressed with Elric was his superb customer service for his clients. My bf who actually purchased the snake didn’t like that the first one had a slight wobble so Elric told us to come down to his shop where he explained that most likely the snake would ween out of it. Just to make my bf more secure with his first purchase of a reptile Elric gladly swapped out the snake for another one which made my bf and I realize that Elric is not just another business man in for the money, but someone who genuinely wants others to love his passion of reptiles as well! Even though we were stuck in traffic for about 2 hours it was all worth it! With all the choices at the reptile super show it should really show you how great World Serpent Exotics is since both of my snakes are purchased and breed from this pet shop! Oh and if you’re reading this Elric just wanted to say you’re the man! Thanks for everything! :)

First time here and I loved it! Elric is extremely polite, he’s an awesome dude and he definitely knows his reptiles! I came in for a larger tank for my bearded dragon and I payed way less than I expected, I even picked up some extra food and accessories for the tank. I am definitely coming back! He has a large selection of reptiles

Elric is the absolute best at what he does. He is so knowledgable and friendly. This shop is always clean and the animals all are well maintained.

Elric was very informative with my needs. Got all I need to buy my daughter a snake. He seemed very patient and never did I felt like I was being rushed to buy something can’t wait to go back this week for the snake. Looking forward to be a long term customer.

Elric and his staff and awesome. Every time I come in I’m greeted right as I walk past the door. Plenty of accessories for your pets, huge selection of animals & always stocked with pet food. Elric is the man!

As an owner and now breeder of 30+ snakes as well as a myriad of other animals, I’ve visited a wide range of pet shops. Elric at World Serpent Exotics has turned me into a forever loyal customer. I know my animals well. Many of my Ball Pythons are very picky about the size of their meals and Elric is always understanding and patient when I come in for my fairly complicated food order. Other shops would cringe when I walked in, knowing I would clear out a good portion if not all of their feeder rodent stock.
I have acquired a wealth of information from Elric in regards to pets I already own as well as new additions. I had gotten a leopard gecko for some kids in the family from Elric awhile back and I am very pleased with how healthy and hardy the little guy is. He’s grown and shows beautiful color. More recently, we bought a Savannah Monitor and a Columbian Tegu from Elric and they are both amazingly beautiful and healthy animals. Elric has helped us every step of the way, even with questions that I feel sound really stupid.
Ever since I started feeding my animals exclusively from this store, they have gotten bigger, healthier and brighter than ever. I don’t even bother asking how much food will cost for everybody because it is worth every penny. Even so, you will be pleased to see that prices are more than reasonable, especially for the quality you recieve.
I happily drive approximately 40 – 60 minutes (depending on traffic) each way just to come to this store. I will not go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either.

Best pet store I’ve ever been to hands down! Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on what they were selling! I have nothing against Petco but I’ll be coming here for now on!

After reading the reviews on Unilocal I decided to go in and take a look. I recently got a ball python and needed some questions answered as well as everything else but a tank. Elric is the own and the person I got to speak with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After getting everything I needed which was very affordable as well I left. When I got home I needed advice on handling the snake so I called the store and Elric walked me through it. Great service and great products.

This is the place to go for any and all your reptile needs. Clean, healthy animals and feeders. The owner Elric is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought two boas from him @ local shows and two carpet pythons from him at the store. I’m very pleased with them and will purchase more animals from here as money and space becomes available LOL.
Go on down and take a look around. You won’t be disappointed.

I stopped by the shop over the weekend to pick up food for my corn snake. While the owner was very helpful and knowledgable, he also seem frustrated and annoyed that I feed my snake frozen mice instead of live mice. I understand if snakes are in the wild they will eat what is available, but my snake is not in the wild. He lives at my house in huge terrarium. To my knowledge he has never eaten live prey and I don’t plan on feeding it to him now. He is healthy and well taken care of and that’s what’s important. Aside from all that the shop is very clean with a good selection of healthy reptiles.

Wonderful shop! Owner is friendly and knowledgable and will talk reptiles with you all day long. I purchased the most beautiful blue eyed leucistic ball python here. She is truly exceptional. The brightest and most clean BEL I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend stopping by the shop and checking them out at reptile shows!

Awesome reptile store! Customer friendly and very knowledgeable. Their animals are well kept and taken care of. You can tell that they take pride in their store and animals. If you are a beginner in owning or taking care of a reptile, they will guide you the whole way. Great experience! :)

Great store!!! The animals are all healthy, the owner elric is always willing to answer any questions you have about the reptiles. On first fridays there are usually a snake or lizard out to let the kids see. This is a wonderful store.
