I absolutely love going to Savvys classes. She teaches from the heart and her flows are intuitive and beautiful. I always feel so energized and in tune during and after her class. Yoga Savvy is my main yoga portal I wouldn’t want to practice with anyone else not only has my body made such a transformation, my mind and soul has transformed into a beautiful place to be. She is informative, attentive, motivational and inspirational. She wants to see you succeed and she won’t stop until you reach your goals! She is not just yoga– she is spiritual. A true woman of spiritual growth. She wants to see your transformation just as you see it for yourself she will become your instructor, but also a very dear friend. She has personally witnessed my journey as a yogi and I couldn’t thank her enough for her support and motivation. When I can’t stick a pose and self doubt creeps around the corner of my mind, she reminds me to love myself and never shy away from that determination FIRE. @yogasavvys classes have become a weekly routine for me. Not only does she work her magic in gettin all of us in a nice meditative space, I am always testing my strength physically and mentally with her unique Kriyas. You quickly forget that you are on a Main Street as you allow her yogi beats and soothing voice to take you up an away. The best part about these FREE, yes completely donation based classes, is that they are twice a week.
