***THIS IS ABOUT LOUELLA WHO WORKS THURSDAY-​SATURDAY***
I’ve been going to this dentist for 4.5 years so far with my braces and I have not seen any changes. You would think after 4.5 years your teeth would be straight but they still are not. She is very rude and is the only dentist working so the wait is a long time. Everytime I ask when my braces come off, she is unsure and my most recent appointment, she rudely told me that she can take off my braces whenever I want. I am so unhappy with her service and I dread going to there. Not only is she horrible but her assistants are too! They are very slow and they hurt my teeth and are constantly pausing to talk to one another. One of the assistants started texting with her gloves on while she was working on me and went back to my teeth without changing gloves! GROSS! DO NOT GO HERE THIS IS THE WORST ORTHO EVER!
***LET ME ALSO ADD THAT MY BROTHER WENT TO THIS DENTIST AS AN ADOLESCENT AND HAD HIS BRACES FOR 9 YEARS!!!****************

Amazing dentist. So believe me I was completely bummed when I realized he didn’t take the insurance I had from my job a couple years back. Instead, I had to try out a different dentist. Bad experience. Which is why I am so happy I have this new job with dental insurance he accepts! Success.
So I’ll tell you why he’s pretty awesome. I’m afraid of sharp things in general. And a masked man coming at my face with a sharp object is not something I would call a pleasant experience. So yes, I freaked out for a millisecond when time came to drill and that drill started coming closer and closer to my mouth.
But Dr. Zapanta reassured me it wouldn’t hurt, and he wasn’t lying, I didn’t feel a thing! He has a great, gentle touch when handling my teeth. His assistants are great too! I’ve had places that don’t use the suction tool well to the point where you are either choking on your own spit or they try to suction your cheeks off. His assistants are great to make sure I’m taken care of.
I’m so glad I can call Dr. Zapanta my dentist again!
