A great date night. Crispy rice was a hit with my wife. I got the prime rib special — came with a soup and 2 sides. The steak was cooked to perfection. Very big took home a lot of leftovers. First timer so I really recommend the prime rib.

After the beach my wife and I wanted a nice Fish meal. We came to 656 ocean thinking we could get it here, WRONG, we did not like the food. We ordered spring rolls for an appetizer, with a price of $ 14.00 you would think it’s fresh and made to order, again Wrong, frozen out of a box. two small pieces cut in half. Go to the the frozen section in the supper market and you can get the same item 12 pieces for $ 3.89. Everything was WRONG that evening. Even the management. They still tried to hit me with a 18% gratuity on the total bill after we returned to the kitchen the main dishes for a full refund. We will not return there again.

Don’t expect any service, it’s a fast food joint dressed up in a suit. Waiter came over gave us menus sat us down and we never saw him again. I had to get up and get the food for me and my wife, to top it off they never even checked to see if we even got our food. I can still be there right now… Waiting for food. It’s been 40 minutes still no waiter

My wife and I were looking forward to a special night out. Unfortunately we picked the wrong place. What a disappointment! We were seated right by the kitchen in an area that did not allow for a private conversation. The tables were situated so close that you were basically interrupting your neighbors conversation every time you started to speak. The service was disappointing to say the least. Our waiter came to take our order before we even had a chance to open our menus. He did not offer to tell us about the specials or for that matter anything else. He came back within two minutes to take our order. Two of the items we wanted were not available. He did not offer recommendations or assistance in finding alternatives. Our food came out pretty quickly. For an appetizer I ordered the red snapper spicy tacos and my wife ordered the half and half salad. The tacos were extremely fishy in taste and I believe something wasn’t right with it. The half in half salad was really good. Then when our main course came out, our waiter was nowhere to be found, just like the missing vegetables from our plate! See photo of my plate. We asked 3 people, none of which was our waiter, they tried to tell us it was either the mashed potatoes or the vegetable. ie no greens. Really??! How do you plate that without any color?! Well we started eating and just had to validate that we aren’t going crazy. Since no one was around to call over, I went to get the menu myself, only to confirm what we already knew, and that was it was supposed to have both! We then were finally able to call over the person who told us it was either or not both. See photo. He took it in the kitchen and came back stating it will be right out… It never came. Seems like they ran out of BROCCOLI! Yet couldn’t give us the courtesy if stating that, let alone apologize. We finally saw our waiter again… When he brought over the check. And then we realized why the service was so lousy. They automatically include the tip without the option to remove it. Even though we reduced the tip but the waiter ignored it and without any comment, charged the card for the full amount. In short, find another steakhouse!
