These rotisserie birds are amazing– so much better than the grocery store. Yes, they cost more, but VERY worth it. Even the stock I make with these birds is noticeably better. You should call or order pick up but they have extra sometimes for walk ins.

Just moved recently from New York city Manhattan and discovered this very unassuming place. If you happened to be stuck with a meal preparation or feel hungry to eat by yourself a whole chicken in this part of the country, this is the place to go!
The Long Branch Poultry Farm is located near the NJ transit rail guard track, in Long Branch N. J, and is by far the best place to savor a very tasty, tender, fresh straight from the skewer, mouth watering and full of flavor chicken. It will tease your taste buds and bring you to a new level of culinary experience when it comes to rotisserie. Forget Whole foods, shop rite and others. These are organic farm raised chicken, no GMO feed, the real deal! Kyle will take good care of you and cut your chicken if you ask him to do so, but first you have to call in advance in order to reserve your tasty meal. the price is fair and they also sell terrific home made Cole slaw, liver pâté, potatoes, macaroni salad, pies.
