McDonald’s

I don’t usual eat fast food but I will tell you one thing. … At 1:13 in the morning this place still somehow can’t be fast. Unreal.

I have lived in LB for decades. When this place first opened up when I was about 11, it was 5 star awesome!
Nowadays, you get snippy people that ignore you when you get to the window, they hand you your drink with no straw through the window, not telling you you’ll wait several minutes for your order. And when you FINALLY get your order, for as long as you waited, it SHOULD be fresh. ~Neh. Most of the time it is BARELY lukewarm.
I had to ask for them to steam the fish filet bun as they rarely do BECAUSE IT TRULY makes the sandwich so much better; and is the industry prep in making it; the way they’re supposed to!!!
They hate making shakes or ice cream cones or sundaes when the sun goes down.
In the summer, when you ask for a shake or other ice cream, 99% of the time they’ll tell you the machine is not working.

I always ask for them to cook everything fresh from the grill when I know I have a 5 – 10 minute drive or my food will be hard and cold by then.
I worked in KFC and Burger King as a young person. I am a nice and reasonable person who always says please and thank you but though I live in Long Branch, to me, it is worth the drive to go to the West Long Branch or Eatontown McDonalds for fresh food.

Aren’t all McDonald’s supposed to be the same? This one falls short. Whenever I went there the wait was long and/​or the food was sub par.
