Red Mango – Long Grove

So me and a group of about 12 people decided to get ice cream after some late meetings. I got here last at about 9:45 pm. I was told by the young lady that she closing and done for the night. My friends who got there 5 minutes before me were told the same thing, but that she was doing them a favor by letting them get ice cream. How is doing your job and staying open til the posted time of 10 pm a favor. Red Mango you’ve lost my business. I’ll just go to Yogurtland.

Typical DIY frozen yogurt place. Good selection of flavors (although sometimes questionable pairings for swirl) and tons of topping choices. I haven’t tried anything on the actual menu but nice that it’s an option if you do want a smoothie or parfait. They need to clean their outdoor tables more often. Across the board I wish all the DIY yogurt places had smaller cups.
Overall, I slightly prefer Yogurtland (more flavors and lower price per ounce, I think) but Red Mango is a solid option.

I love Red Mango. Two things they could change
1. More flavored
2. Smaller cup sizes

Love this place! The staff their was excellent. Only been their a few times but so far its amazing. I stop by when at Bentleys and i swear they put something in the smoothies that makes u addicted and happy. So refreshing. They are very helpful and knowledgeable of the smoothies. I literally said i like blueberries, strawberries, and bananas than they concocted something awesome from the menu. Only one thing that can get you is the price. For me its fair but others may disagree. It is worth a shot if you are into smoothies and deserts.

Ok, so I gave a different red mango 2 stars b/​c the service was awful. It really pained me b/​c their product is SO great. Anyway, this location is a 5. It’s brand new and they have a ton of flavors. The staff were all friendly.

^thats what i got and what a deal! Original and white frickin chocolate. I’m not sure if I’ve ever tried it or it was just never so good, but the white choc is disgustingly delicious. They said no matter the weight, it’ll be $ 6. What would you do? I smashed all the fruit I could into that KFC bucket. SCORE.
Ok, so it opened recently and it’s not the most convenient of places to get in and out of but I pass it twice a day going to and from work. Right on the road in a small new strip plaza in front of a Sunset foods. You cant miss it, Anyways, i do adore Red Mango and if you guys are in this area, stop by for a treat.
