Zero stars (not even worthy of 1 star… they’re that bad). Worst customer service ever. No set appointment times. They repeatedly LIE about having called you. They send their workers away when you «couldn’t be reached.» When you reschedule another appointment, the cycle repeats the next time around. Never trust liars in business. Move on to another company that actually sets appointment times, rings your door, actually calls you and is honest.

The owner of this company, Bruce M., took the time to reach out and speak with me concerning this issue. He really cares about his company and the quality of work is employees provide. He was extremely apologetic and felt really bad about my experience, even willing to come by tonight, on a Sunday, to install my screens. If Bruce was the man I was dealing with I am certain I would never have had any issues. I believe if he replaces his manager this business will have no problems with customer service. Really great guy.

Worst customer service ever. Go to another company and save yourself a headache!

You need to know.
They charge you $ 95.00 plus TAX just to come out and give you an estimate. If your job is of such a nature that they may not (or decide they can not) do the job, guess what, that’s right:
YOU still will have to pay the $ 95.00 plus TAX.
I do not think that is a fair business practice…

I asked this company for help when converting my two built-​in A/​C boxes into panoramic windows. The transformation work was done beautifully, promptly, in one session — it looks great both from the outside and inside. Furthermore, the windows have been so perfectly well enclosed into the open space that they are completely sealed off and neither let in outside air nor water.
When being informed that the building code required the windows to look like A/​C boxes from the outside, the window company’s Bruce Macin came up with the unorthodox idea of printing a perforated picture in the pattern of an A/​C on the glass of the windows — and within a two weeks had it all ready to install, which was done beautifully again. Throughout the process the workers have been very professional, punctual, and doing excellent work — I also very much appreciated that they too the initiative and were thinking «outside of the box». I will definitely return with any future work that I need done on my windows.

I used All About Glass to repair my 20+ year old windows in a high-​rise Jersey City apartment building. Replaced one glass, and cleaned and fixed 3 windows in total.
Excellent service and everyone I dealt with is very professional. Bruce (the owner) actually knows everything you could imagine about glass/​windows etc.
Last but not least, a week after everything was done they called and told that there was an error in the calculation (we originally priced something that eventually haven’t had to be done) and that THEY OWE ME money. Check arrived in mail next day. You don’t see this kind of attitude these days.
I would definitely recommend them to everyone and use them again myself.

Polite. Professional. Reliable. Had a very good experience fixing a damaged skylight. Sent pictures of the broken pane and received a competitive bid, which was accurate. When there was a minor problem after the repair, they immediately scheduled a return visit at no cost (and no fuss) to address the issue. Hopefully, I can avoid broken windows in the future, but I will definitely use them again when I need window repair.

I have used their services when I renovated my restaurant in Greenpoint. They were fast, professional and well priced. I have since recommended them to anyone that need a windows or glass shelf replaced or build. Very friendly staff…
