Best burger ever! Also, their chicken tenders are so different and delicious. I ordered here twice through grubhub. Delivery is also fast! Just Love it.

The burgers were very tasty but for the price(and frankly number of calories) I would have liked them to be a bit larger. If you are hungry a single $ 13 burger will certainly not be enough. The décor is also a bit weird– kind of like they went to a yard sale at a barn and just bought everything.

I will simply say that I love this place, I take all of my French visitors to eat here once — it’s easy since they all want to taste american burgers :) This is my favorite so far, and I always create my own burger. You can also pick from the«predefined» recipes, and as far as I recall everyone is usually happy about theirs. You need to order sides since the burgers come without anything: my friends usually like the onion rings, but I’m a fan of the sweet potato fries. You can also order combos. I’ve never had any trouble to be seated, yet they’re usually busy. I came once with a group of 7 people: not an issue. The staff is always nice and welcoming, that’s really pleasant. Of course, you feel like you’ve gained some pounds when you walk out of there — especially if you have no will to resist the dessert Sammies. They’re thick and very, very good. Sharing one is a way to split the calories ;) I’ve also tried the milkshake, and it’s good too. Drinks aren’t the weak point: the lemonade is great, and they serve the neighborhood beer from Rockaway. I’ve probably been there 4 or 5 times, never a bad experience !

I got to-go yesterday from this BareBurger and I was extremely happy with our order. First off, it’s super easy to order off of their website for delivery. The food is great quality. And they have so many options! I opted for the Cali Fresh Salad and added on the sweet potato and wild rice paddy. It was divine. Quality vegetables. Beautiful presentation. The dressing was delicious. And it’s all vegan-friendly. My coworkers shared some of their sweet potato and regular French fries with me– they tasted great! Not the best to order for delivery. So try to eat those in the restaurant. And the collard greens instead of a bun is a great option for takeout because hamburger buns tend to get soggy. Anyways, our food order came super quick and was packaged neatly. Everyone was happy with their orders. Will definitely get again. Only downside is the price point is a little high.

If I could eat the buffalo chicken sandwich every day for the rest of my life, my life would be complete. Between the whole breast, the chunky blue cheese and the buttermilk ranch, it was like a dream. The only thing lacking were the strange greens that I couldn’t even bite through and wound up pulling a bunch of the sauce off of the sandwich. Otherwise — it’s the perfect chicken sandwich. Can’t wait to try their other food.

Never a disappointment, and being originally from Astoria, I’m super glad to see this secluded location opened. The other location is always too crowded! This one is great, so it’s been our go-to for Bareburger currently. The fry recipe has changed the burgers have decreased in size, still very delicious though.

I don’t do many reviews but felt this was worth writing about! I am a simple eater but love eating healthy and responsibly… and I am probably considered a high maintenance customer. Before ordering, I asked the manager where and how the animal lived. I was really surprised at the knowledge and history he was able to give me. We got into a deep discussion and he was able to share so many details that made me realize the owners really cared! Now about the food… these were some fancy looking sandwiches. Everything was detailed. The catchup had unique seasonings, the sea salt was smoked flavored, the drinks were all natural, and it was prepared beautifully. Every bit of it was amazing! I honestly was scared I wasn’t going to like it but I LOVED it! I ordered the Quacker… not into duck so I subbed it with Chicken… it really was grilled to perfection. The sandwich was amazing! Desert…we got a snicker doodle cookie ice cream sandwich with the most amazing caramel sauce. The manager brought over a sample of the peanut butter shake and it was freakin’ amazing! I would go here just for the deserts even if I wasn’t in the mood to eat! Not sure how friendly other managers are but this was incredibly The price of the burgers were more than what I was used to paying but to know how the animals are treated and raised combined with all the details of all natural, organic and delicious products they used… it was worth every penny. I’m excited they are opening up in Santa Monica!

I get Bareburger to-go nearly once a week. Love that they have so many options as to what kind of burger you can get and a myriad of items you can top it with. Certainly the best burger in the hood not to mention they use really high quality ingredients. Never actually eaten inside the restaurant so I can’t comment on service except that the to-go staff have always been kind and attentive. Even offered me a free taste of a milkshake last time I was there. Fries and rings combo is a must. I always build a burger and go back and forth between beef and vegetarian(quinoa) but the bbq sauce, mushrooms, and queso fresco is nice great pairing. The food is DEFINITELY pricey if you’re thinking about it in terms of «let’s go get a burger and fries!» but I think it’s probably worth it since they use organic, fresh, prepared to order ingredients.

Omg… wow. We tried Bareburger for the first time yesterday and it was too good! It’s so hard to be health-conscious when eating at restaurants these days, but Bareburger is one of those perfect, not-too-granola solutions. I got the Standard burger, but wrapped in collard greens instead of a bun — so, zero carbs, and it was delicious! Hubby got some crazy concoction with elk meat(elk!?) on a regular bun, which was also pretty good. I just loved how flexible the menu was — you could pick one of their pre-set burger options or create your own(did I mention brisket is offered as a topping? …yep) and choose your own sides, which included an awesome baby kale salad(my choice) and sweet potato fries(his choice). They also list the calories on the menu, in case that’s important(or in some cases, terrifying). Bareburger is a perfect option whether you want to be super-healthy or indulge a little, and it’s all done in a casual setting that’s cute enough for a weeknight dinner date. I’ll definitely be back to try one of their delicious-looking salads. Oh, and outdoor seating FTW!

Well me and my friend went here to try out their burgers– first i didnt like the two receptionists were kinda informal and were snob and do not look attentive when we asked for seat– second they should wear appropriate restaurant attire not like they are like going to the farm who are just standing infront of your reception area. Plus they do not look beautiful with those outfit,. Get them black uniform man! Not classy at all! lol im sorry The burgers were good and i love organic but a bit pricey– A bit slow service The waiter was snob like he thinks he the owner lol And we ate greasy burgers so atleast you gave us more than one tissue! I only used the tissue that i had on the table– Funny place And the choices of tips! That was crazy! I dont understand why we need to choose three different tips! Taking advantage too Much. I feel sad i was expecting this place was a good pick! :( It is LIC near dunkin and a church

Sweet staff and amazing food! Bareburger is consistently one of my favorite places in the city, and I love that they support other Queens businesses as well i.e. featuring beers from Transmitter Brewing, etc. The only thing is that the other Bareburgers have AMAZING cocktails, and this location doesn’t have a liquor license because they are literally across the street from a church. Given that, I’m more likely to go to the other locations, but this is still a great place for a burger and beers(and fries and onion rings)!

Ahhh Bareburger … one of my favorite places to get a burger and THEBESTONIONRINGS I HAVEEVERHAD… ever! In my previous review I said the onion rings were slightly burnt and not as good as I’ve had before at other Bareburger locations, so Mark reached out to me and sent me a $ 25 gift card: D He really did not have to do that, but that comes to show that this location has the best customer service and wants to be the best of the best! Random acts of kindness always make your day better :) Will definitely be back here(this location specifically.!) soon to stuff my face with onion rings upon onion rings until I have a food baby.

I hope they are not losing their touch because this experience was not as great as the 1st. I ordered the solcal burger with fries. The server substituted my cheese at no extra cost. My turkey needed another two minutes on the grill and it desperately needed more sauce. My fries ranged from crispy to soggy. My boyfriend had a beef burger — he ordered it medium well and it was received medium. oh and under seasoned. He barely ate it. I hope that their expansion hasn’t affected their quality and this was just a off day for the cook.

So I finally decided to try this burger chain, since this new location opened just around the corner. Given that the weather was perfect, decided to order carry out and dined alfresco. Had dinner on a bench in Gantry Plaza, and really enjoyed the views, but that’s about it. The food just wasn’t all that impressive. Ordered the guapo chop salad to start. For a large portion order for 14.95, this salad was tiny and there seemed to be more pickled jalapenos than lettuce. Also had the hot honey chicken sammy, which was fine, but nothing close to Chick-Fil-A standards. And of course had to try a burger, so went with the buckaroo. I think I’ve been spoiled by being lucky enough to have had so many amazing burgers through the years because the buckaroo just fell a little flat for me. The patty was cooked perfectly, but the meat itself was under-seasoned even though the burger was drowning in excessive barbecue sauce. Bareburger’s mission is admirable and worthy especially in the non-GMO, organic, hormone-free, gluten-fee, grass-fed, free-range landscape that is New York City, but ultimately the taste and quality just don’t excel. Given that I’ve only been here once, I don’t want to write-off Bareburger completely. I will be back and I hope I’m proven wrong. But as first impressions go, this wasn’t the best.

As a tourist from Belgium visiting my little bro in NY i wanted to eat a real American burger. He recommended Bareburger and that was a good one. I choose a standard burger en mmm that was really nice! We’ll meet again next year Bareburger!

Having been to the one near Bayside, I left unimpressed and questioning what was the big deal. Okay, so they have bison, elk and other types of meats… So what? The location in LIC changed my mind about my experience at Bareburger. It was awesome. Staff is amazing and friendly. They’ll walk you right through the menu and products with a smile. The bison burger with cheddar and pickles was good. Add a slice of country bacon and it’ll really put a smile on your face. The order of rings and sweet fries were excellent. Huge onion rings, both crunchy and tasty. But the bigger star of the night? The chicken sandwiches. Holy hot day in hell, these fried chicken sandwiches were great. Whether it’s the buffalo, hot honey or pickle fried chicken — these things are the absolute best. I have yet to taste Chick-Filet, but these were perfectly season, moist and crunchy. Forget the burger… Get the chicken sandwich.

Great casual restaurant for a bite to eat. I like the organic aspect & love that you can get a burger wrapped in a lettuce leaf if you are trying to eat well. I tried the Blue Elk burger and my husband had the Socal Burger. My burger was delicious! It was really tasty, I particularly like the jam relish. We got a regular side of fries, one portion is plenty to share between two people. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the organic cola, I found it too sweet. The décor of the restaurant is great and the staff really friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Honestly this is my fifth or sixth time eating here this month and I think this is a pretty amazing burger place. Trust me, as a marketing manager/event planner I’ve ate almost everywhere in NYC. I read several bad reviews here and honestly I don’t think it does the place justice. Service is amazing, food is quickly we served and the environment is welcoming. Forgot to mention the food is delicious. Good news is they just started serving brunch which means I’ll be eating here much much more. I give this location a full 5 stars because it’s well deserved and does LIC justice. Great job and keep up the good work.

I was welcomed by the host. The staff was very friendly and checked on me often to make sure everything was okay. They even took time to refill my cup for me. Nice touch. Very observant staff. I was inform that they have a new menu so it took me awhile to figure out the menu. I think they downsize the huge list of burgers. If you are new to bareburger, they serve organic and all natural burgers, salad, shakes, and etc. They serve a wide variety of meat(bison, elk, boar, etc). I Ordered the wiki wiki w/fries and ring. The wiki wiki(wild bour burger) was absolutely delicious. The fries were okay-good. Maybe create a mango chutney dipping sauce to step it up a notch?. The rings were better. The meal cost me around $ 18. Does it cost more than your regular burger joint? YEah, but you are paying for quality. After awhile, you just get tired of ordinary no thrill burgers. Very nice décor– pictures on the wall and furnitures that are bold and has character. I know that they just open, but a vestibule would be nice investment(maybe its coming?). It gets chilly and windy(its been freezing in nyc lately) everytime customers came in. Otherwise, I recommend asking for a table or seat away from the door. WELCOMETOLIC!
