We bought a reconditioned copier from Copysite over 7 years ago. Having been in the copier business, I liked dealing with Steve as he seemed to know his stuff. This machine has been a workhorse for us, almost a million copies so far. Very few problems aside from replacing the drum and a few other parts over the years. Their service comes promptly. Their prices for equipment (we just bought a Brother printer/​fax/​scanner from them) and supplies (copy paper and toner, etc.) are very competitive. I so much like dealing with real, local people rather than a Staples or on line supplier. I highly recommend Copysite.
