Kleiner laden, der abends ziemlich mitgenommen aussieht. Freundlicher und effizienter Service. Smoothies sind lecker.

Closest Dunkin Donuts to where I was staying at the time. Small location. Service was quick and friendly. Iced Coffee, large — $ 2.99 I wish LA had more Dunkin’s. I enjoy their coffee a lot more then Starbucks.

As much as LIC is the hot«up and coming» spot, what with all the luxury high-rises and speakeasy-type bars, there are still some parts of it that retain the… how shall we say this… grittiness that used to permeate the entire neighborhood. In that regard, this DD is a throwback. It’s not upscale and pampered like many of the newer establishments, but it does the job okay. I got a donut, coffee and some munchkins and everything tasted fine. The atmosphere wasn’t great, as there were a lot of people asleep at the tables. The inside serves as a de facto bus stop if the weather isn’t nice outside. The service was also kind of «meh». I walked in and there were no other customers at the counter but I still had to wait for them to finish texting or doing whatever on their phones before anyone offered assistance. Literally, the girl still had her phone in her hand as she keyed in my order. I’ll stick to other locations but if I really needed a fix, I’d consider going back. But only in desperation.

I went here hankering for a breakfast sandwich on my first morning in Queens. Obviously Dunkin’ Donuts is not a breakfast sandwich place, but I was not impressed. First, when I ordered my sandwich meal they gave me the wrong one, not that I would know, because I could not understand a word the cashier lady was saying. Instead of asking what would be an eternity of «what was that?» I just said yes. I found out that she had given me the wrong sandwich and had rung up the entire thing separately so it was more expensive! Also, I don’t know if this is the same with all Dunkin Donuts, but why is there not at least orange juice on tap there, isn’t this a breakfast place!!! Honestly though, the sandwich tasted like a microwaved gas station sandwich, which it basically was, and the meager six tots didn’t even fill the bag they gave me! The best part of the meal was the orange juice. Thanks Dunkin’ Donuts, you’ve introduced me to orange juice that I will definitely get again, except here. I just pray by Odin’s hammer that the coffee is prepared better than the sandwiches. Only come here for the donuts I guess, smh as if making something glazed in pure sugar with Oreos sprinkled on is hard. If my senile grandma can make donuts, I’m sure some multi-chain coffee shop can do it.

A very tiny Dunkin Donuts nonetheless I received quick service and the very delicious ice coffee blend. The girl working the cashier was very friendly and very professional thank you for expediting the service I received here! I’m from Los Angeles and all we have is Starbucks so when walking around New York City and seeing every other block filled with Dunkin Donuts I chose to finally have some at this particular location and I was not disappointed so a big thank you on behalf of myself and my friend who visited this location.

I guess it gets the job done if you need a donut, but the service almost never friendly, and they don’t keep the place open for the hours stated on their door decal. The lines tend to get long at prime donut times, so be prepared to wait. I think probably the best things to get here are the frozen drinks.

Tiny but the line moves very quickly. Also right near the subway station at Queensboro Plaza. Just like any other Dunkin’ otherwise.

So after I paid for a croissant, I stood by the cashier as usual. That was my 5h time to buy a croissant there and I always stood by the cashier. After 10 minutes, I asked why my croissant is not ready yet, the worker criticized me rudely and ignorantly: «why didn’t you stand here? I had called you several times. You should… «But honestly I really haven’t heard of anything and I didn’t even complain about delivering my food minutes late. I was just going to grad the food and leave. The bad-tempered worker just yelled at you. Why?

The one thing that I dislike about franchises is when there isn’t any consistency and the customer gets taken for a fool. It took me some time to accept that Dunkin will charge you an extra 50 cent for almond milk if you order a latte, but I get it and comply. This location will charge you 50 cents if you just get a regular coffee with almond milk as well. What a joke. I have been to other locations and have ordered a coffee with almond milk and never have been charged for that. when I asked the girl behind the counter she told me that they now charge for that as well. My immediate response was«you charge 50 cents for a splash of almond milk??!» ridic. The service here is average at best and sometimes it’s like watching a sideshow. They get orders wrong, they forget orders and you get a face of disgust from a few girls there if your order seems weird to them, for example a coffee black! «No milk!!!» they say,” followed by eye rolling. Meh, I rather just grab my DD from somewhere else.

Coffee is dependable. Typical Dunkin donuts. But for whatever reason they feel that yesterday’s, or maybe even the day before’s bagels and donuts are ok to serve. Especially the toasted bagel. Just because I ask for it toasted does not give you license to pass off Yesterday’s bagel!!! Even though I go there 4x per week, and they know my face, they still slip me the stale bagel. It’s frustrating.

The employees are extremely rude and clearly unhappy… My meal is always prepared terribly and just recently they cut me short of what was included in my meal. I’ve given this place a shot more than once and am done… So not worth it

I’ve lived around the corner since 2009 and have been here many times solely due to convenience but I’ve had it — I’m never going back in there. First, I don’t drink coffee — I’ll be honest — but I do drink iced tea. I DONOTUNDERSTANDHOWITISPOSSIBLETOSCREWUPICEDTEA. I use tap water in my apartment so unless they’re importing bad water or using dirty equipment, there is no excuse for the iced tea to taste horrible, always. I have literally poured out the last several iced teas I attempted to enjoy, because they tasted so awful. It doesn’t matter if it is regular, flavored, sweetened, or if I add sweetener — ALWAYSBAD. NOEXCEPTIONS. Second, my husband and mother-in-law are coffee drinkers, and they’ve both commented on how much more they like the coffee even closer to our apartment. Packard Square Café has better coffee and better service. Also, although of course this isn’t the fault of the establishment itself, when I’m there with my infant son in his baby carriage, not once has anyone held the door open for us. Basic manners would go a long way, but these patrons seem to be too busy on their phones. Again, not DD’s fault, but I grew up in Boston and expect more from my hometown’s favorite joint. In short, GOANYWHEREELSE because obviously something is wrong with their equipment or staff if they’re serving up this VILE liquid and calling it «iced tea.» I’ve tweeted @DunkinDonuts and have yet to get a response.

For starters, it’s a Dunkin Donuts, so don’t expect much. The service is rather quick, so you’re in and out. There have been a handful of times where they’re backed up, and just like the Checkers across the street, you’re wondering what they’re doing. I would have given this place three stars, except for the fact that the other day, I saw the employee wearing his disposable gloves making a sandwich, then he proceeds to go to the register, take another order and handle cash, and then go back to making the sandwich, without changing his gloves. That’s when I said hmm, I think I’ll hold off on the food and just get a coffee, thanks.

Yes, yes, me, me, over here guys. I would like to dub this DD as my own. Might not be within my home area but it’s the Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to the most. The staff here doesn’t complain when they do something wrong but they aren’t afraid to stand up for themselves when a customer is being extra rowdy. I’ve never had that problem because I’m just so awesome. Don’t forget to do the little surveys at the bottom of your receipts, it helps them out and you get free donuts as a reward without any hassle. Now I’m a very picky person and some of the people in my office are also very picky, so when I go in there, everything much be to my order down to the last line. They make everything just the way I want it and they always remember a face. One time I had saved up the receipts for a month and went in with all of them demanding free donuts for the king! But, sadly I was told to read the bottom, free donuts with a coffee purchase. The manager just smiled and said she doesn’t mind helping her customer out, and give me two boxes full of donuts. Yes, now the king is happy again, at last we have donuts.

I always go here thinking it’ll get better but this particular DD never fails to fail. On multiple occasions: Failed in — having enough cash in the drawer to provide change for $ 20 — getting order correct — acknowledging customers Will someone please open a decent coffeeshop by Queensboro Plaza already?

When I lived in the neighborhood I was really happy to find out there was a DD right here, at the entrance of the subway on Queens Plaza North. I go crazy for DD donuts, all of them. And happened I often stopped by here to have a good one or a box to take home. The cappuccino is not as goos as the SB one but it still deserves a visit. The inside of the store is bright, narrowed, orange. There are some tables where you can enjoy your breakfast or just chill out.

I’ve used this location during NYC marathon, was convinient pickin up a box of joe and tons of munchkins while we laugh at runners suffering(*note: I was one of the suffering years ago, so I think I earned to be laughing) The service was the slowest in the city, and just as the Queensboro plaza the store was looking shady. I have stopped there a few times since.
