Joe makes a miserable situation (broken car) as pleasant as possible. He is clear, friendly, extraordinarily fair, and does exceptional work.
He was wonderful to work with from the beginning: he made recommendations of what to do, was flexible with timing, and helped out with the deductible.
Can’t recommend him enough.
