Matthew J Ferraro – State Farm Insurance Agent

recently moved apartments and called to have my renters insurance address changed. Shaqib was extremely rude to me on the phone, made it seem like he was doing me a favor. every time you call you get a different rude person. i will be switching coverage to another company once my coverage ends in january. this state farm office is not a good neighbor.
Update: its been one week and my mailing address is still incorrect. i hope Matthew J Ferraro is aware of his customer’s complaints.

This office is very unorganized. U speak to different people all the time never the person ur asking for. I just left STATE FARM all together too much of a headache and hidden fees. State Farm is not a good neighbor.

They’re always on there when you need them, julissa is always pleasant.

I know a lot of people who have had State Farm and have been very happy with them as a company so I included them in my search for renters insurance quotes last month. As it turns out, they were very competitively priced so I decided to go with them. State Farm’s site redirected me to the agent closest by: Matthew Ferraro.
I got an email from Heather Schaefer who determined I needed a personal articles policy. I asked her for the price and never received a response. A couple of days later I wrote again and re-​requested the price for this policy and included my phone number in case she didn’t want to communicate through email and still no response.
The following day I contacted Matthew explaining the situation and asking if he could get me the information I wanted to get the policy effective by January 1^st. Eight days later I’d still received no response from either of them so I used the Jorge Leitman Agency where Byron Cocha answered all my questions and everything was paid for and finished within an hour.
If an insurance agent doesn’t have time for me when buying insurance I can only imagine how it will be if have a problem. There are tons of State Farm Agencies– use another one!

ive never had anything but good experiences with state farm insurance… but this office has been the worst… it seems they cannot get things done n i felt they were giving the run around.
