Always fast, friendly, and relibale. Beautiful and elegant vehicles that travel long distances at fair prices. Only waited a while once and they never showed up once. Both occurances were during inclement weather.

The absolute worst taxi service in Queens. They constantly change the pricing even after quoting you before hand. They charged me $ 50 to go to Hempstead, Long Island then tried to charge me $ 55 to go to Jamaica. After arguing with the driver about the price for 10 minutes, I called in and it became $ 45. The driver tried to give some BS excuse as to why he tried to get an extra $ 10 dollars off of me that he would have gotten anyway because I ALWAYS tip. I always use them but today was my last day. There are way too many taxi services in this area to deal with this crap.

I used to call them all the time, but then I stopped, and I couldn’t remember why. I took this service last week and all the memories came back.
They dispatcher overcharges me in the first place, but I desperately agreed. I told the driver I was going to the city, and he immediately got annoyed. He told me there is a lot of traffic, and tried to convince me to let him drop me off at the train??? After I declined because I had to be at work at a certain time (if I wasn’t running late, I wouldn’t be in a cab.), he took me to see the traffic which was normal and expected traffic, and he gasped and told me that it would take 3 hours and 30 minutes to get to the city in this traffic. He was looking at his app and apparently the app told him that. BBBBBSSSSSS!!! Come in bro! I have been stuck in traffic on Halloween in the city and even that was only 25 minutes, you expect me to believe almost 4 hours on a weekday? Please.
He left that expressway or whatever and went to the other one, and did the same thing. He said we can take the tunnel which is an extra $ 8. Dude, the cab is already $ 30. I’m not trying to spend $ 38 on a cab to a place where I get paid $ 10 an hour. But I did it anyway because he said we’d get there faster. I was upset about the whole thing, and I was still really late for work.
All these lazy drivers do is take the tunnel bc they don’t want to go anywhere outside of Queens. GET ANOTHER JOB THEN!

If u need to be late somewhere call this cab service. Multiple times I have called and 10 – 15 minute wait have turned into 40 – 50 min wait. Worst cab service and then they feel the need to be rude on the phone when you keep calling about a cab not showing up. Never again

0 star. I’ve been their customer for almost 3 yrs now. I took their car service 4 days a week to go to college. This morning when I called for car service, the guy tells me ‘I don’t understand your language’ when I was clearly speaking English. He had a Spanish accent. I tried to speak as clear as I could, and asked him how much would be the fare to go to Coney Island. He said that it would be $ 50. I thanked him and told him that I’ll wait for the car. He even said that it would be 7 minutes wait. I called him again after waiting for 15 minutes. Again he tells me ‘I don’t understand your language, and you guys are too noisy, this is not how you should speak, I don’t understand’ and so on. Then he tells me that he didn’t send a car out because he wasn’t sure if I wanted the car. Then why the heck on earth you asked me to wait seven minutes? I just had to hang up on him, because he made it clear that he doesn’t want to deal with me. Good luck with your business if this is how you treat your customers.

Just used these guys about 6 times this weekend as I had to make multiple moves while transporting to and from before and after my wedding. They were great and always there within a few minutes. The prices were fair and the cars were clean and updated/​new. I grew up in Astoria/​lic and used to use them often except stopped when their prices went up a bit, specifically with airport transfers. But they were great for the local stuff.

Very very reliable car service and friendly drivers. Always clean cars, polite drivers and punctual service.

Who bumps the car back & forth before every light? Oh I think I know who it is? New experience driver. Super rude. Apparently didn’t «remember» where our destination was & still continued to bump back and forth like a Snoop Dogg video. He even snickered and asked me if I was scared while he continues to do it. Seriously? Smh. NOT a good experience AT ALL! Oh & they say they’re five minutes away, but take 15 – 20 min to arrive to pick me up. Never calling again.

I could give them just no stars For the treatment the I had today over the phone after waiting 40 min.
I order a cap every single day for the past 5 years and I didn’t expected to be treated the way I was today!

We used to use this car service a lot about a few years ago. However, recently, their service have earned more frustration than anything else. The cab drivers they’ve sent us are rude and just plain unpleasant. It’s been pretty rare when we get a quick driver who is friendly. Definitely done with using them.

I loathe this cab company — no stars. It starts with the telephone receptionist who at best will snap at you, at worst hang up after 2 words if he can’t understand you (to be fair their English is atrocious). Then we get onto pricing which they will only reveal after the car has started moving and after a long conversation with HQ — talk about a captive market. When the price is finally revealed it is invariably at least 10 to 12 dollars more than a typical 20 dollar cab fare lic to midtown east through the tunnel not including fare. When you point all of this out you often get a mouthful abuse. Anyway I’m done — no more. Luckily there are more and more green and yellow cabs in the LIC area.

Terrible company. No stars. Very rude telephone service — you have 4 seconds to say what you want before they hang up on you. Perhaps because of their awful English. Then when the cab comes, they will purposely wait until they have started driving before starting to negotiate the price. The drivers invariably don’t know — so it will involve a call — in Spanish — to head office to get the quote. When it comes it will be at least 15 — 20 dollars more than yellow or green cab service for the same trip. Example: 35 dollar price quoted for a ride to NYU Langone from LIC waterfront as compared to 20 or so dollars with the green or cab. When you express your frustration at the lack of transparency or high prices, you will get balled at. Never again.

Operators are in a rush and are not exactly fluent in English.
Drivers have always been friendly.

These guys are very straightforward and reliable.

The rudest people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have called them several times and every single time they were absolutely RUDE. I have just called them five times and each time they have picked up and hung up on me. When I asked to speak to their manager, they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will NOT be calling them ever again and WILL NOT recommend to ANYONE.

I saved one of their business cards in my wallet from a few months back, they left on my door. I just decided to use them the other day and they are terrible. The driver seems like he just came to this country, barely any English, looking at me like he was going to rob me. He sure did, in price. He overcharged me. He also drove like a madman, honking at almost everything.

Total Rip Off that charges over double what a legit service in the neighborhood does. Am so mad I didn’t ask for price before hand. All I can say is it was a «new experience» that we won’t be repeating!!!

I love this car service! They are quick, cheap, friendly and know the area well. I live on Roosevelt Island and I use them to get groceries at Costco or to go have brunch in Astoria.
They are awesome, strongly recommended!

New Experience is exactly what you want in a car service. They have always been on-​time regardless of where the pick-​up is (Astoria apartment, Manhattan, LGA, JFK, out on LI) and they are very affordable.
The drivers are friendly, helpful and communicative when they need to be (you’ll have to instigate the idle chit-​chat).
The cars are always clean and comfortable. They are usually spot on with the AC, so the car is never stifling hot nor teeth rattlingly cold.
Good to Know: If you have a wedding out on LI and need a car service to get there, New Experience will drop you off and pick you up without having to pay a driver to sit there the whole time. We paid $ 120 for the 2 pick-​ups vs the $ 525 ($ 75/​hr) others quoted us. It was like having a designated driver without all the complaining.
