Worst experience ever, the staff bunch of kids that thinks they own the place and when you go in for help they act superior and brush you off like nothing. This place is a nice place but the staff is the only reason I wouldn’t go back, I rather go further where we will be treated like clients…

If I had to review the service, I might just give it 4.5 stars, meaning as promised at just the right reasonable price. If I had to review the hospitable nature, knowledgeable, friendliness and character of the shop owner, Eric then I’d give the Pure Pwnage Pro shop 5 stars. Rounding out the fact that the shop does, yes, stock vest, markers (guns), gloves, pouches and other accessories for lubing and maintaining your gear, I’d say it’s perfectly fine. It’s a tiny shop inside NYC Paintball in Long Island City open only during the evening hours, I suggest calling NYC Paintball to see if the shop is open. The pro shop changes so right now stocks limited supply. I was looking for a tank and unfortunately the pro shop didn’t stock it, nor did I see any mask but one thing that made me happy was they got one of my old relic paintball guns in working order, something I had to ask three different techs that didn’t understand the mechanism of the markers build.

If you want to buy gear for competitive pricing that is either better or comparable to online prices, you need to buy you gear here. I bought a few masks and headbands that I couldn’t find anywhere else for the money I spent. Plus I save on shipping so I don’t need to wait and I get it for less then online. If you haven’t been here you need to go. The shop owner Eric is a upbeat and well rounded shop owner, if you have a problem with you gun he’ll help you fix it depending on how much you need to fix it. If you need the gun cleaned out and every o-​ring fixed it will have to charge you a small amount. It’s way better then going to other pro shops I have been too. He maintains a fully stocked shop and if it doesn’t have it when it takes 2 seconds for them to order it for you.

Cool pro shop. The guy inside knows his stuff. The shop has good stock and good quality for a good price. Friendly staff and good techs.
