4.5 stars because this was pretty excellent.
Service: The guys at the counter are all friendly, efficient, and communicative. They made me feel like I could ask all my questions but still did everything quickly to get me in and out. A+
Vehicle: Very clean interior. The half star off is for the smell, but perhaps this is not their responsibility. They rent U-​Hauls in their space as a side business so I don’t know where U-​Haul begins and they end.
I’ve had to move 3 times in the past 12 months, and this was by far the most relaxing experience of renting the vansy. I’d use them again, for sure.

Had problems with another moving car service that same morning and luckily was able to rent a Uhaul last minute especially on New Year’s Day. The staff was great, only 2 folks in but I booked a van online then headed over and was able to pick up a van without any complications. Process was smooth, staff was friendly, super helpful and accommodating. I will choose this location again if I move. Very new vehicles as well and only a block from the subway.

I rented out a storage space for my ex boyfriend while we were together. We chose this location because of the very good deal they were offering of about $ 75 for the first 4 months. Upon moving our belongings into the unit, there were many complications because of staff mistakes. They did not enter my information into the computer properly which caused some issues with billing.
After my boyfriend and I broke up, I wanted to have my name removed from the storage unit. I called many times to try to get the issue sorted out. I spoke to 3 different employees who all gave me different information on how to clear my name from the account and was told that it in fact had been removed as per my request. After being told that I no longer had anything to do with the storage unit, I came to find that instead of my ex boyfriend’s credit card being charged, my account ended up being billed twice without my knowledge or approval. In trying to resolve this, I was told that there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. Eventually, I spoke to a manager and was told that I needed to go back into the store with proper identification if I wanted to make changes to my account.

I rented a van from here yesterday. Everyone I interacted with was kind, honest, and helpful. The van was clean and ready for me.
Today I realized I had left my wallet in the van when I returned it last night. I called and spoke with Gabriel. He happened to be checking my van out right that minute to someone driving it to Boston!
He went through the van and found my wallet! I just picked it up. And again, he and the staff were lovely and kind.

I rented a unit from this facility it is clean and secure. Each unit comes with door alarms and I have the option of 24 hour access to my items, which is a plus for me. I will be recommending that my friends and family come to this facility!

I was shopping around for a storage facility and came across this one in Queens and was very impress with the service when I came into the store nothing but energy and smiled this is a brand new facility with alarms in the units which is gud because I have a lot of important things in my unit also they have 24 hr access which is gud with my work schedule also they have a large loading dock and offer me a wonderful discount which was amazing with my current situation and was even there for me to vent out with my break up with my wife love this place and will surely recommend to all my family and friends

I just broke up with my boyfriend and needed to find a storage place. I shopped around different storage company’s and came across Storage Fox Self Storage. When I walked in, I was very happy with the customer service and the cleanliness of the storage facility. I also like the fact my storage unit I purchase came with a door alarm because my valuables are very expensive. This facility is open 24 hours a day and as a women I feel very safe coming to this storage facility anytime throughout the day.
