Supreme Team Boxing

I used to train with Coach Nelson at the gym on 30^th st, now he trains me at his new gym that’s located in Queens. It’s not even far, it’s literally 7 stops from 42^nd st. when you take the 7 train. If you want to drive there, there is always parking under the bridge. But you just have to pay the meter and the most I’ve paid would be $ 2 to be safe. Just in case I decide to stay a little longer just to workout some more on my own after my one on one session with Coach Nelson.
Coach Nelson is an absolute best trainer I’ve ever had! He takes the time to get to know everyone, know what their strengths are, and how hard to push each individual. Before the one on one boxing session, we always start off with a 10 minute jump rope. Then, I stretch before we start our bootcamp workouts and then after Coach Nelson teaches me different boxing techniques. The workouts always change and he will show u different boxing techniques so you won’t get bored doing the same thing over and over again. I also train with Coach Joey and Coach David, their both great I swear! They care about your form and they will teach you the techniques over and over until you get it perfectly.
I remember when I just started training with Coach Nelson around mid July, he told me that I will spar with a guy that night and I got so nervous and scared. Coach Nelson said, there is nothing to be scared about, just show him what you’ve learned. He honestly made me feel really confident about myself and once I stepped into the ring with this guy, I wasn’t nervous at all. My favorite part was when he even told Coach Nelson that I punch really hard lol. Now, I love sparring! Meet me in the ring lol haha just kidding .
