I understand that they have a business to run, and part of keeping the business up and going is reaching out to/​keeping contact with potential customers who have expressed interest in one of their vehicles. However, they are extremely over the top.
I was on
and saw a listing for a 2006 Mustang that was at this dealership. I filled out a contact form and was soon contacted by a sales rep via phone. I didn’t answer the call, but she left a voicemail. The next day, I received a follow up e-​mail which basically said the same thing as the voicemail. She was just trying to contact me since I expressed interest in the car. She called back one more time the following day. This time I answered and said that I wasn’t sure if I still wanted the car and that I would call back and let her know. This was almost 2 months ago.
Since then, over the course of the past 2 months, I’ve received about 30 phone calls with voicemails and about 30 more e-​mails. The voicemails are just the same old typical, quick 15 second «give us a call back» voicemails, but the e-​mails are a completely different story. They’re not just the same e-​mail that’s being re-​sent over and over again. They’re actually 1 – 2 paragraph, well thought out rants about how they’ve been trying to reach me and how they’d really love to show me the car. The best part is, they’re different every single time. It’s actually come to the point now where the supervisor of the dealership is sitting there sending me novels about how I haven’t been answering and how much id love their cars.
I admire that they keep following up with customers who express their interest, but now it’s to the point of complete harassment. If I haven’t responded in 2 months, I’m clearly not interested. If you have to sit there and keep sending paragraphs of emails to the same guy for 2 months, you must really not get a lot of business.

The car buying experience was as expected, no complaints or glowing praise. The BAD part came after the sale, where the customer service went over a cliff.
After driving off the lot, I realized I did not get one set of keys from the dealership, so I called back and spoke with Peirre to inquire if they keys could be mailed to me. Rather than simply and honestly saying, «No, you’ll have to come and get them.» He avoided each and every one of my calls. On my most recent call, the receptionist forgot to press mute and I heard him say, «Tell him I’m not here or something. I can’t mail the keys…» Then the phone line was disconnected.
While I enjoy the car I purchased, and the price I paid, I would not go back to this dealership again for my next car. As the old adage goes, «When someone shows you who they are, believe them.»

Absolutely terrible, terrible experience here that wasted hours of my time and a trip through miserable traffic to see a car I’d made an appointment to see, only to have to turn around and come directly home. Sleezy, sleezy, sleezy, and they clearly could care less about customer service. Bottom line, take your business elsewhere, no matter what car you see here. But just for the sake of venting, here is my experience:
I emailed in the evening about a car requesting a test drive and asking specifically for the «cash price». I also explained that I would be coming to see the car with my 1.5 y/​o daughter in tow, and that I would need assurance that the car would be pulled out and ready for me to see when I made my appointment. I received an email and a call the next morning letting me know that the car was available and inviting me for a test drive. I spoke with a woman who assured me that it would not be a problem to come in with my daughter and put her car seat in the car for a test drive. I also asked her to clarify the price and any administrative fees. She said the only additional price was a $ 125 dealership fee, beyond taxes and registration. I then asked that if i called again as i was leaving the house to come there to see the car, if they could promise to have the car ready for me to drive because i would not be able to wait a long time with my daughter with me. She said yes. So I called again later that day as I was getting ready to leave, and spoke to someone else who said yes ma’m the car will be ready, we’ll see you in 30 – 45 minutes.
When I finally arrived after a long drive through grinding traffic in the rain, the first thing the sales rep tells me is that if I want to pay cash the car was going to cost several thousand MORE than the «finance price» which was quoted on their website. .. «because we have an incentive to work with the bank» ??? Who ever heard of such a thing? So I was immediately frustrated because this is EXACTLY what I had asked about in my previous email and phone call and it was not revealed.
But the most incredible thing was that, not only was the car still locked in the back row behind a bunch of other cars, THE BATTERY WAS COMPLETELY DEAD AND THE FRONT DRIVER’S SIDE TIRE WAS FLAT. THIS IS A CAR I MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO TEST DRIVE AND WAS ASSURED MULTIPLE TIMES WOULD BE READY WHEN I ARRIVED! Then the guy had the nerve to tell me «it wasn’t his fault» when I started complaining about the terrible service and inconvenience they had just caused me. He literally shouted at me and walked away, turned his back on me, ignoring me. It was a terrible experience, as I said. I admit to losing my temper and dropping an F bomb about the tire being flat, and that’s not something I’m proud of, especially with my daughter with me. But I was just so incredulous.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I wish I knew where. Is it possible to have a positive experience buying a used car in this town and not feel like you’re being swindled and manipulated?

I was walking through and saw a car I was interested in. Black 2008 Mdx. Salesman Chris asked me if I needed help and asked how much and he said the car just just came in. I asked for a carfax. So I went inside and he showed me carfax, it was clean on paper. And I asked him personally if the car had been hit he shruged. He asked if I was gonna pay cash or finance. I said depending on the price I would decide. Then he asked me again and asked would I do something today. Mind you I’ve been in this car business for 18 years as a mechanic and working in a dealership. When I saw the car outside and inspected the left rear and tailgate had been hit. I told him «you know the car was hit right?» He said doesn’t matter and that’s not the case. Then I looked at him like are u serious?! So he went in the back and came back and said «we are asking 24 000 for the car but the lowest we will go is 21 900. I said thank you and left. From doing research that car had been there for a couple of weeks now and on the Internet they list it for 19,900. I don’t know if it was cause I caught him in a lie or cause I was asian and thought he could pull one over on me. The point is… I don’t like to be lied to and if he was upfront and been honest I would of made a deal. Very up hauling and disgusted at this place. Never never ever would recommend this place.

After shopping around for two months, the best experience and vehicle I found was at Universal Auto. During my two month shopping experience I’ve had dealers take an entire business day or two, to give a decision on financing, a lot of times I would have to keep calling them or swing by the shop for them to buy themselves another day or so. Then after waiting for a response for days, these dealers would request a bigger deposit or try to sell me another van or simply never tell me anything. Additionally every vehicle I found had either a dirty or damaged interior, dents, scratches, over priced or a HUGE amount of mileage, I’m talking over 150,000−300,000 miles on like a 2009 or ’10.
Thankfully I happened to find Universal Auto online. I went by their shop, I saw what I wanted. It had low/​decent mileage, was very clean and in mint condition from exterior to interior and under the hood as well. The vehicle came with a warranty and is certified. I found out if I got approved within a hour, and drove out of there with my used car within 2 hours! They move very quickly and don’t waste your time at all like the other 10+ dealerships I’ve been to. It was Stress free, hassle free. I went there with a road loan with a 25% apr due to my assumption that I had to settle since I was having all these problems financing with my personal banks and dealerships. My credit is mediocre but I walked out of Universal Auto Plaza with an 8.86% apr. Not the greatest apr, but Way better than what I was going to settle for. The salesman was very helpful and kind. Did not apply any pressure. Was able to work with my deposit. Overall it was a great experience for me. I recommend this place.
