Splish Splash Waterpark

Theee worst park EVER! This park must have broken the law with the amount of people that were inside on August 26. I’ve never seen so many people, usually the lazy river is the fastest ride and that took an hr. The staff monitoring the line would let ten people through when fifteen tubes would arrive. There were 27 empty tubes going around the lazy river without a rider. They also had a broken wave pool so everyone crowded the other one. I saw the reviews here and decided to take a chance and get lucky, WRONG! This is the only park in Long Island, people come from Connecticut. If you want to come here on an empty day, come in December. I would never come to this park again. We lasted about two hours and just got disgusted and left early. Don’t take a chance, don’t analyze anything, it just doesn’t work. Yesterday was 83 degrees, not as hot but ok, college starts the next day, mostly all camps were over and it was one a Wednesday. Still filled over capacity, Don’t waste your time, Long Island needs at least 5 or 6 more parks to spread that crowd out.
