This is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to service. Take a look at the photos. I was told that I need to «call them» if I need access to my storage and they would have someone shovel the snow. What? Call you? I need access when I need access. It’s the owners JOB to keep the facility accessible. I’ve rented from many self storage facilities and this one is the worst. Spend a little extra and go ANYWHERE but here. When I called the number on the sign someone «the owners wife» answered and treated me like I was interrupting her at the nail salon. Asked how I got her number. Told me I would have to wait for normal business hours to get the snow shoveled away from the door. Excuse me, I won’t bother you again. I’ll just leave this review.
