Packaging Plus Services

I love love love love this place! I have been using Packaging Plus for years and years and always feel that I get top notch service and above and beyond shipping and tracking and insurance service (and I used to ship A LOT). I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
I can’t speak for the 1-​star poster but given my experience, there are two sides to every story and in all of the years I’ve been shipping from this business (even as a first-​timer, Manhattan transplant), I have never experienced dismissiveness, rudeness, the bum’s rush, or anything but a good mode and competent service. It’s not a fancy place but it gets the job done and the proprietor always goes out of his way to make sure my deadlines are met. (Oh, I also buy boxes from there).

I don’t even feel like they deserve one star. Unbelievably rude rude rude! I will never go here to ship something again
