My husband’s computer problems were ongoing and his frustration level high. I first drove to Best Buy in Enfield for help from the geek squad. No dice there, so I googled and found Dragon Computer Tech. Zeev lives literally 5 minutes away from me and was at my house before me! That my friends is service! He answered my phone call immediately too. Took the time to explain what was happening with the computer. He fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. Zeev took the time to educate me on some of the extra things that can help make the computer run quickly and how to protect my files and photos. I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs fast service and straightforward answers to any computer issue.

I can’t possibly explain how effective, efficient, accomodating, and affordable Dragon Computer Tech is. The owner completely does business with an «old school» customer service ethic wherein the customer is always right and deserving to be served. I have had DCT retrieve papers, help with purchasing options, be available within ten minutes to show up and remediate my most horrifying computer nightmares — the list is endless! They are a god-​sent in today’s technology culture allowing me to know through experience that they are truly available for anything and everything for an affordable price — who could ask for anything more :)

Dragon Computer Tech is a locally-​owned, friendly business. Zeev is a very nice, honest fellow that you can trust with your computer and your files. He does what he says he can do, and and he’s very fair about his pricing. He doesn’t seem to have a set amount he charges for his services, which tells me that he’s either unsure about what he should be charging, or he takes each case one at a time.
I don’t take my computers to places like Geek Squad because they’re just some other corporate, faceless entity that only cares about money.
Give Zeev a try, not only will you like the service you get, but you’ll also come to like Zeev (pronounced ZEV.)
