Won’t be back. Both the person working at drop off and pickup (2 different people) seemed rather irritable and just generally bothered by my presence. I had an upcoming funeral, and stopped in here rather than my regular dry cleaner. When asked if I would be a regular customer, the employee quickly answered for me, stating that since I lived in Springfield I wouldn’t be. I live less than a mile away and drive by the location on my way to and from work, so not sure why my address had anything to do with it. She even wrote on my ticket «won’t be a regular customer». I was told the shirt would be ready at noon, and called at quarter of to make sure. I was put on hold for seven minutes and finally told I would need to be called back. On the plus side, the shirt looks terrific, however I think I’ll stick with my usual spot. I do a load of dry-​cleaning almost every week and would rather be somewhere where I am greeted with a smile rather than someone who acts like it’s a chore to get my business and take my money.

I saw this place as I drove home and was excited to find a dry cleaners so close to my home. I had piles if clothing that needed to be cleaned terribly. I dropped 5 pairs of pants, a blazer and a vest off on a Wednesday and was able to pick it up on Friday.
They were really friendly and quick. I was really happy when I picked up all my garments. They looked immaculate. I had a stain on one of them, that I couldn’t get off, and they weren’t either. But they left me a note. I accidentally washed two of the pants and they were able to restore it to it’s original creased sexiness! I was very happy with the cost also, it came out to approximately $ 50. Great deal! If you need something dry cleaned. Come here! This will be my go to place!!!
